To the chief musician upon Shoshannim; an Eduth by Assaph; a psalm. (80:2) O Shepherd of Israel, give ear, thou that leadest Joseph like a flock; thou that dwellest between the cherubims, shine forth.
Al Músico principal: sobre Sosannim Eduth: Salmo de Asaph. OH Pastor de Israel, escucha: tú que pastoreas como á ovejas á José, que estás entre querubines, resplandece.
Give ear, O Shepherd of Israel, thou that leadest Joseph like a flock; thou that dwellest between the cherubims, shine forth.
Hear us, Shepherd of Israel, you who lead Joseph like a flock, you who sit above the cherubim, shine out.
(80:3) Before Ephraim and Benjamin and Menasseh awaken thy might, and come to our help.
Despierta tu valentía delante de Ephraim, y de Benjamín, y de Manasés, y ven á salvarnos.
Before Ephraim and Benjamin and Manasseh stir up thy strength, and come and save us.
Before Ephraim, Benjamin, and Manasseh, stir up your might! Come to save us!
(80:4) O God, cause us to return, and let thy countenance shine, that we may be saved.
Oh Dios, haznos tornar; y haz resplandecer tu rostro, y seremos salvos.
Turn us again, O God, and cause thy face to shine; and we shall be saved.
Turn us again, God. Cause your face to shine, and we will be saved.
(80:5) O Lord of hosts, how long shall thy anger smoke against the prayer of thy people?
Jehová, Dios de los ejércitos, ¿hasta cuándo humearás tú contra la oración de tu pueblo?
O LORD God of hosts, how long wilt thou be angry against the prayer of thy people?
LORD God of Armies, how long will you be angry against the prayer of your people?
(80:6) Thou feedest them with the bread of tears, and givest them tears to drink in great measure.
Dísteles á comer pan de lágrimas, y dísteles á beber lágrimas en gran abundancia.

(80:7) Thou renderest us a contest unto our neighbors: and our enemies hold derision among themselves.
Pusístenos por contienda á nuestros vecinos: y nuestros enemigos se burlan entre sí.
Thou makest us a strife unto our neighbours: and our enemies laugh among themselves.
You make us a source of contention to our neighbors. Our enemies laugh among themselves.
(80:8) O God of hosts, cause us to return, and let thy countenance shine, that we may be saved.
Oh Dios de los ejércitos, haznos tornar; y haz resplandecer tu rostro, y seremos salvos.
Turn us again, O God of hosts, and cause thy face to shine; and we shall be saved.
Turn us again, God of Armies. Cause your face to shine, and we will be saved.
(80:9) A vine didst thou remove out of Egypt: thou drovest out nations, and plantedst it.
Hiciste venir una vid de Egipto: echaste las gentes, y plantástela.
Thou hast brought a vine out of Egypt: thou hast cast out the heathen, and planted it.
You brought a vine out of Egypt. You drove out the nations, and planted it.
(80:10) Thou didst clear out a place before it, and it struck its root deeply, and it filled the land.
Limpiaste sitio delante de ella, é hiciste arraigar sus raíces, y llenó la tierra.
Thou preparedst room before it, and didst cause it to take deep root, and it filled the land.
You cleared the ground for it. It took deep root, and filled the land.
(80:11) Mountains were covered with its shadow, and with its boughs the cedars of God.
Los montes fueron cubiertos de su sombra; y sus sarmientos como cedros de Dios.
The hills were covered with the shadow of it, and the boughs thereof were like the goodly cedars.
The mountains were covered with its shadow. Its boughs were like God’s cedars.
(80:12) It sent out its tendrils as far as the sea, and unto the river its suckers.
Extendió sus vástagos hasta la mar, y hasta el río sus mugrones.
She sent out her boughs unto the sea, and her branches unto the river.
It sent out its branches to the sea, its shoots to the River.
(80:13) Wherefore hast thou now broken down its fences, so that all who pass by the way pluck the fruit from it?
¿Por qué aportillaste sus vallados, y la vendimian todos los que pasan por el camino?
Why hast thou then broken down her hedges, so that all they which pass by the way do pluck her?
Why have you broken down its walls, so that all those who pass by the way pluck it?
(80:14) The boar out of the forest doth gnaw at it, and what moveth on the field feedeth on it.
Estropeóla el puerco montés, y pacióla la bestia del campo.
The boar out of the wood doth waste it, and the wild beast of the field doth devour it.
The boar out of the wood ravages it. The wild animals of the field feed on it.
(80:15) O God of hosts, return; I pray thee, look down from heaven, and behold, and think of this vine;
Oh Dios de los ejércitos, vuelve ahora: mira desde el cielo, y considera, y visita esta viña,
Return, we beseech thee, O God of hosts: look down from heaven, and behold, and visit this vine;
Turn again, we beg you, God of Armies. Look down from heaven, and see, and visit this vine,
(80:16) And of the sprout which thy right hand hath planted, and of the branch that thou hast made strong for thyself.
Y la planta que plantó tu diestra, y el renuevo que para ti corroboraste.
And the vineyard which thy right hand hath planted, and the branch that thou madest strong for thyself.
the stock which your right hand planted, the branch that you made strong for yourself.
(80:17) It is burnt with fire, it is hewn down; because of the rebuke of thy countenance do they perish.
Quemada á fuego está, asolada: perezcan por la reprensión de tu rostro.
It is burned with fire, it is cut down: they perish at the rebuke of thy countenance.
It’s burned with fire. It’s cut down. They perish at your rebuke.
(80:18) Let thy hand be over the man of thy right hand, over the son of man whom thou hast made strong for thyself.
Sea tu mano sobre el varón de tu diestra, sobre el hijo del hombre que para ti corroboraste.
Let thy hand be upon the man of thy right hand, upon the son of man whom thou madest strong for thyself.
Let your hand be on the man of your right hand, on the son of man whom you made strong for yourself.
(80:19) Then will we not swerve from thee: revive us again, and we will call on thy name.
Así no nos volveremos de ti: vida nos darás, é invocaremos tu nombre.
So will not we go back from thee: quicken us, and we will call upon thy name.
So we will not turn away from you. Revive us, and we will call on your name.
(80:20) O Lord God of hosts, cause us to return: let thy countenance shine, that we may be saved.
