Eleven un canto, batan el pandero, la suave lira y el arpa.
Tomad la canción, y tañed el adufe, el arpa deliciosa con el salterio.
Take a psalm, and bring hither the timbrel, the pleasant harp with the psaltery.
Raise a song, and bring here the tambourine, the pleasant lyre with the harp.
Soplen la corneta en la Nueva Luna en el día de nuestra fiesta,
Tocad la trompeta en la nueva luna, en el día señalado, en el día de nuestra solemnidad.
Blow up the trumpet in the new moon, in the time appointed, on our solemn feast day.

Porque estatuto es para Israel, Ordenanza del ʼElohim de Jacob.

Que no haya en medio de ti ʼelohim extraño, Ni adores algún ʼelohim extranjero.
No habrá en ti dios ajeno, ni te encorvarás á dios extraño.
There shall no strange god be in thee; neither shalt thou worship any strange god.
There shall be no strange god in you, neither shall you worship any foreign god.
Yo soy Yavé, Tu ʼElohim, El que te sacó de la tierra de Egipto. ¡Abre tu boca, y Yo la llenaré!
Yo soy Jehová tu Dios, que te hice subir de la tierra de Egipto: ensancha tu boca, y henchirla he.
I am the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt: open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it.
I am the LORD, your God, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt. Open your mouth wide, and I will fill it.
Pero mi pueblo no escuchó mi voz. Israel no me obedeció.
Mas mi pueblo no oyó mi voz, é Israel no me quiso á mí.
But my people would not hearken to my voice; and Israel would none of me.
But my people didn’t listen to my voice. Israel desired none of me.
Por eso los entregué a la dureza de su corazón, Para que anduvieran según sus propios designios.
Dejélos por tanto á la dureza de su corazón: caminaron en sus consejos.
So I gave them up unto their own hearts’ lust: and they walked in their own counsels.

Oh that my people had hearkened unto me, and Israel had walked in my ways!
Oh that my people would listen to me, that Israel would walk in my ways!
Prontamente Yo sometería a sus enemigos Y volvería mi mano contra sus adversarios.
En una nada habría yo derribado sus enemigos, y vuelto mi mano sobre sus adversarios.

Los que aborrecen a Yavé se le someterían, Pero su castigo duraría para siempre.
Los aborrecedores de Jehová se le hubieran sometido; y el tiempo de ellos fuera para siempre.
The haters of the LORD should have submitted themselves unto him: but their time should have endured for ever.
The haters of the LORD would cringe before him, and their punishment would last forever.
Pero a ti te sustentaría con lo más fino del trigo Y te saciaría con miel de la roca.
Y Dios lo hubiera mantenido de grosura de trigo: y de miel de la piedra te hubiera saciado.
