(084-3) Meine Seele verlangte und sehnte sich nach den Vorhöfen des HERRN; nun jubelt mein Herz und mein Fleisch dem lebendigen Gott zu!
Codicia y aun ardientemente desea mi alma los atrios de Jehová: mi corazón y mi carne cantan al Dios vivo.
My soul longeth, yea, even fainteth for the courts of the LORD: my heart and my flesh crieth out for the living God.

(084-4) Hat doch der Vogel ein Haus gefunden und die Schwalbe ein Nest für sich, da sie ihre Jungen hinlegen kann: deine Altäre, HERR der Heerscharen, mein König und mein Gott!
Aun el gorrión halla casa, y la golondrina nido para sí, donde ponga sus pollos en tus altares, oh Jehová de los ejércitos, rey mío, y Dios mío.

(084-5) Wohl denen, die in deinem Hause wohnen, die werden dich noch preisen! (Pause.)
Bienaventurados los que habitan en tu casa: perpetuamente te alabarán. (Selah.)

(084-6) Wohl den Menschen, deren Stärke in dir liegt, in deren Herzen gebahnte Wege sind.
Bienaventurado el hombre que tiene su fortaleza en ti; en cuyo corazón están tus caminos.
Blessed is the man whose strength is in thee; in whose heart are the ways of them.

(084-7) Wenn solche durch das Jammertal gehen, machen sie es zu lauter Brunnen, und der Frühregen bedeckt es mit Segen.
Atravesando el valle de Baca pónenle por fuente, cuando la lluvia llena los estanques.
Who passing through the valley of Baca make it a well; the rain also filleth the pools.
Passing through the valley of Weeping, they make it a place of springs. Yes, the autumn rain covers it with blessings.
(084-8) Sie schreiten von Kraft zu Kraft, erscheinen vor Gott in Zion.
Irán de fortaleza en fortaleza, verán á Dios en Sión.

(084-11) Denn ein Tag in deinen Vorhöfen ist besser als sonst tausend; ich will lieber an der Schwelle stehen in meines Gottes Haus, als wohnen in der Gottlosen Hütten!
Porque mejor es un día en tus atrios que mil fuera de ellos: escogería antes estar á la puerta de la casa de mi Dios, que habitar en las moradas de maldad.

(084-12) Denn Gott, der HERR, ist Sonne und Schild, der HERR gibt Gnade und Herrlichkeit; wer in Unschuld wandelt, dem versagt er nichts Gutes.
Porque sol y escudo es Jehová Dios: gracia y gloria dará Jehová: no quitará el bien á los que en integridad andan.
For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.

(084-13) O HERR der Heerscharen, wohl dem Menschen, der auf dich vertraut!
Jehová de los ejércitos, dichoso el hombre que en ti confía.
O LORD of hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee.
