O LORD God of my salvation, I have cried day and night before thee:

Jehovah, Gott meines Heils, bei Tag schreie ich, bei Nacht vor Dir!
Entre mi oración en tu presencia: inclina tu oído á mi clamor.
Let my prayer come before thee: incline thine ear unto my cry;
Let my prayer enter into your presence. Turn your ear to my cry.
Lasse vor Dich kommen mein Gebet, neige Dein Ohr zu meinem Aufschrei.
Porque mi alma está harta de males, y mi vida cercana al sepulcro.
For my soul is full of troubles: and my life draweth nigh unto the grave.
For my soul is full of troubles. My life draws near to Sheol.
Denn meine Seele ist satt des Bösen und mein Leben berührt die Hölle.
Soy contado con los que descienden al hoyo, soy como hombre sin fuerza:
I am counted with them that go down into the pit: I am as a man that hath no strength:

Ich werde geachtet wie die, so zur Grube fahren, ich werde wie der Mann, der keine Kräfte hat.
Libre entre los muertos, como los matados que yacen en el sepulcro, que no te acuerdas más de ellos, y que son cortados de tu mano.
Free among the dead, like the slain that lie in the grave, whom thou rememberest no more: and they are cut off from thy hand.

Zu den Toten hingestreckt, wie die Erschlagenen, die im Grabe liegen, deren Du nicht mehr gedenkst, und die von Deiner Hand abgeschnitten sind.
Hasme puesto en el hoyo profundo, en tinieblas, en honduras.
Thou hast laid me in the lowest pit, in darkness, in the deeps.

Du hast mich in der Gruben unterste gelegt, in Finsternisse, in Schlünde.
Sobre mí se ha acostado tu ira, y me has afligido con todas tus ondas. (Selah.)
Thy wrath lieth hard upon me, and thou hast afflicted me with all thy waves. Selah.

Dein Grimm lehnt sich auf mich und mit all Deinen Brandungen drückst Du mich nieder. Selah.
Has alejado de mí mis conocidos: hasme puesto por abominación á ellos: encerrado estoy, y no puedo salir.
Thou hast put away mine acquaintance far from me; thou hast made me an abomination unto them: I am shut up, and I cannot come forth.
You have taken my friends from me. You have made me an abomination to them. I am confined, and I can’t escape.
Du hast von mir entfernt meine Bekannten, zum Greuel ihnen mich gesetzt. Ich bin eingesperrt und kann nicht herauskommen.
Mis ojos enfermaron á causa de mi aflicción: hete llamado, oh Jehová, cada día; he extendido á ti mis manos.
Mine eye mourneth by reason of affliction: LORD, I have called daily upon thee, I have stretched out my hands unto thee.
My eyes are dim from grief. I have called on you daily, LORD. I have spread out my hands to you.
Vor Elend ist mein Auge hingeschwunden. Den ganzen Tag rufe ich Dich an, Jehovah, breite meine Hände zu Dir aus.

Wilt thou shew wonders to the dead? shall the dead arise and praise thee? Selah.

Wird man im Grab Deine Barmherzigkeit erzählen, Deine Wahrheit in der Zerstörung?
¿Será conocida en las tinieblas tu maravilla, ni tu justicia en la tierra del olvido?
Shall thy wonders be known in the dark? and thy righteousness in the land of forgetfulness?
Are your wonders made known in the dark? Or your righteousness in the land of forgetfulness?
Kennt in der Finsternis man Deine Wunder, und Deine Gerechtigkeit im Lande der Vergessenheit?
Mas yo á ti he clamado, oh Jehová; y de mañana mi oración te previno.
But unto thee have I cried, O LORD; and in the morning shall my prayer prevent thee.
But to you, LORD, I have cried. In the morning, my prayer comes before you.
Ich aber schreie zu Dir auf, Jehovah, und am frühen Morgen kommt Dir mein Gebet entgegen.
¿Por qué, oh Jehová, desechas mi alma? ¿por qué escondes de mí tu rostro?
LORD, why castest thou off my soul? why hidest thou thy face from me?

Warum verwirfst Du, Jehovah, meine Seele, verbirgst vor mir Dein Angesicht?
Yo soy afligido y menesteroso: desde la mocedad he llevado tus terrores, he estado medroso.
I am afflicted and ready to die from my youth up: while I suffer thy terrors I am distracted.

Elend bin ich und am Verscheiden, von Jugend auf trage ich Deine Schrecken, ich verzage.
Sobre mí han pasado tus iras; tus espantos me han cortado.

Es fahren Deine Gluten über mich, Deine Schrecknisse vertilgen mich.
Hanme rodeado como aguas de continuo; hanme cercado á una.
