Um ihn herrschen zu lassen (und machtest ihn zum Herrscher / Herrn, um ihn als Herrscher / Herrn einzusetzen) über das Werk deiner Hände (Macht) hast du ihm alles (alle Dinge) zu Füßen gelegt.

Ovejas, y bueyes, todo ello; y asimismo las bestias del campo;

All sheep and oxen, yea, and the beasts of the field;
