Avant que les montagnes fussent nées, Et que tu eusses formé la terre, la terre habitable, D'éternité en éternité, tu es le Dieu fort.
Antes que naciesen los montes, y formases la tierra y el mundo, y desde el siglo y hasta el siglo, tú eres Dios.
Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.

Tu réduis l'homme mortel en poussière, Et tu dis : Fils d'hommes, retournez !
Vuelves al hombre hasta ser quebrantado, y dices: Convertíos, hijos de los hombres.
Thou turnest man to destruction; and sayest, Return, ye children of men.
You turn man to destruction, saying, “Return, you children of men.”
Car mille ans sont à tes yeux Comme le jour d'hier, quand il n'est plus, Et comme une veille dans la nuit.
Porque mil años delante de tus ojos, son como el día de ayer, que pasó, y como una de las vigilias de la noche.
For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night.

Tu les emportes comme par un torrent, ils sont un songe ; Au matin, ils se renouvellent comme l'herbe ;
Háceslos pasar como avenida de aguas; son como sueño; como la hierba que crece en la mañana:
Thou carriest them away as with a flood; they are as a sleep: in the morning they are like grass which groweth up.
You sweep them away as they sleep. In the morning they sprout like new grass.
Au matin, elle fleurit et se renouvelle ; Le soir, on la coupe, et elle sèche.
En la mañana florece y crece; á la tarde es cortada, y se seca.
In the morning it flourisheth, and groweth up; in the evening it is cut down, and withereth.
In the morning it sprouts and springs up. By evening, it is withered and dry.
Car nous sommes consumés par ta colère, Epouvantés par ton courroux.
Porque con tu furor somos consumidos, y con tu ira somos conturbados.
For we are consumed by thine anger, and by thy wrath are we troubled.
For we are consumed in your anger. We are troubled in your wrath.
Tu as mis devant toi nos iniquités Et devant la lumière de ta face nos fautes cachées.
Pusiste nuestras maldades delante de ti, nuestros yerros á la luz de tu rostro.
Thou hast set our iniquities before thee, our secret sins in the light of thy countenance.
You have set our iniquities before you, our secret sins in the light of your presence.
Car tous nos jours s'en vont par ton courroux, Et nous exhalons nos années comme un souffle.
Porque todos nuestros días declinan á causa de tu ira; acabamos nuestros años como un pensamiento.
For all our days are passed away in thy wrath: we spend our years as a tale that is told.
For all our days have passed away in your wrath. We bring our years to an end as a sigh.
Les jours de nos années : c'est soixante-dix ans, Et pour les plus robustes, quatre-vingts ans, Et ce qui en fait l'orgueil n'est que tourment et vanité, Car il s'en va soudain, et nous nous envolons.
Los días de nuestra edad son setenta años; que si en los más robustos son ochenta años, con todo su fortaleza es molestia y trabajo; porque es cortado presto, y volamos.
The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.

Qui prend garde à la force de ta colère Et à ton courroux, selon la crainte qui t'est due ?
¿Quién conoce la fortaleza de tu ira, y tu indignación según que debes ser temido?
Who knoweth the power of thine anger? even according to thy fear, so is thy wrath.
Who knows the power of your anger, your wrath according to the fear that is due to you?
Enseigne-nous si bien à compter nos jours, Que nous en ayons un cœur sage !
Enséñanos de tal modo á contar nuestros días, que traigamos al corazón sabiduría.
So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.
So teach us to count our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.
Reviens, ô Eternel ! Jusques à quand... ? Et repens-toi en faveur de tes serviteurs !
Vuélvete, oh Jehová: ¿hasta cuándo? y aplácate para con tus siervos.
Return, O LORD, how long? and let it repent thee concerning thy servants.
Relent, LORD! How long? Have compassion on your servants!
Rassasie-nous dès le matin de ta bonté, Et nous chanterons d'allégresse ; Nous nous réjouirons tout le long de nos jours.
Sácianos presto de tu misericordia: y cantaremos y nos alegraremos todos nuestros días.
O satisfy us early with thy mercy; that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.
Satisfy us in the morning with your loving kindness, that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.
Réjouis-nous à proportion des jours que tu nous as affligés Et des années où nous avons connu le malheur.
Alégranos conforme á los días que nos afligiste, y los años que vimos mal.
Make us glad according to the days wherein thou hast afflicted us, and the years wherein we have seen evil.
Make us glad for as many days as you have afflicted us, for as many years as we have seen evil.
Que ton œuvre apparaisse en faveur de tes serviteurs Et ta gloire sur leurs fils,
Aparezca en tus siervos tu obra, y tu gloria sobre sus hijos.
Let thy work appear unto thy servants, and thy glory unto their children.
Let your work appear to your servants, your glory to their children.
Et que la bienveillance du Seigneur notre Dieu soit sur nous ! Affermis pour nous l'œuvre de nos mains, Oui, affermis l'œuvre de nos mains !
Y sea la luz de Jehová nuestro Dios sobre nosotros: y ordena en nosotros la obra de nuestras manos, la obra de nuestras manos confirma.
And let the beauty of the LORD our God be upon us: and establish thou the work of our hands upon us; yea, the work of our hands establish thou it.
Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us. Establish the work of our hands for us. Yes, establish the work of our hands.
