Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.

Tu réduis le faible mortel en poussière, et tu dis: "Rentrez dans la terre, fils de l’homme."
Vuelves al hombre hasta ser quebrantado, y dices: Convertíos, hijos de los hombres.
Thou turnest man to destruction; and sayest, Return, ye children of men.

Aussi bien, mille ans sont à tes yeux comme la journée d’hier quand elle est passée, comme une veille dans la nuit.

Háceslos pasar como avenida de aguas; son como sueño; como la hierba que crece en la mañana:
Thou carriest them away as with a flood; they are as a sleep: in the morning they are like grass which groweth up.
You sweep them away as they sleep. In the morning they sprout like new grass.
le matin, ils fleurissent et poussent, le soir, ils sont fauchés et desséchés.
En la mañana florece y crece; á la tarde es cortada, y se seca.
In the morning it flourisheth, and groweth up; in the evening it is cut down, and withereth.
In the morning it sprouts and springs up. By evening, it is withered and dry.
C’est que nous périssons par ta colère, et à cause de ton courroux l’épouvante nous emporte.
Porque con tu furor somos consumidos, y con tu ira somos conturbados.
For we are consumed by thine anger, and by thy wrath are we troubled.
For we are consumed in your anger. We are troubled in your wrath.
Tu évoques nos fautes en ta présence, nos défaillances cachées à la lumière de ta face.
Pusiste nuestras maldades delante de ti, nuestros yerros á la luz de tu rostro.
Thou hast set our iniquities before thee, our secret sins in the light of thy countenance.
You have set our iniquities before you, our secret sins in the light of your presence.
Car ainsi tous nos jours disparaissent par ton irritation, nous voyons fuir nos années comme un souffle.
Porque todos nuestros días declinan á causa de tu ira; acabamos nuestros años como un pensamiento.
For all our days are passed away in thy wrath: we spend our years as a tale that is told.
For all our days have passed away in your wrath. We bring our years to an end as a sigh.
La durée de notre vie est de soixante-dix ans, et, à la rigueur, de quatre-vingts ans; et tout leur éclat n’est que peine et misère. Car bien vite le fil en est coupé, et nous nous envolons.
Los días de nuestra edad son setenta años; que si en los más robustos son ochenta años, con todo su fortaleza es molestia y trabajo; porque es cortado presto, y volamos.
The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.

Who knoweth the power of thine anger? even according to thy fear, so is thy wrath.

Apprends-nous donc à compter nos jours, pour que nous acquérions un cœur ouvert à la sagesse.
Enséñanos de tal modo á contar nuestros días, que traigamos al corazón sabiduría.
So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.
So teach us to count our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.
Reviens, ô Eternel! Jusques à quand...? Reprends en pitié tes serviteurs.
Vuélvete, oh Jehová: ¿hasta cuándo? y aplácate para con tus siervos.
Return, O LORD, how long? and let it repent thee concerning thy servants.
Relent, LORD! How long? Have compassion on your servants!
Rassasie-nous dès le matin de ta grâce, et nous entonnerons des chants, nous serons dans la joie toute notre vie.
Sácianos presto de tu misericordia: y cantaremos y nos alegraremos todos nuestros días.
O satisfy us early with thy mercy; that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.
Satisfy us in the morning with your loving kindness, that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.
Donne-nous des jours de satisfaction aussi longs que les jours où tu nous as affligés, que les années où nous avons connu le malheur.
Alégranos conforme á los días que nos afligiste, y los años que vimos mal.

Y sea la luz de Jehová nuestro Dios sobre nosotros: y ordena en nosotros la obra de nuestras manos, la obra de nuestras manos confirma.
And let the beauty of the LORD our God be upon us: and establish thou the work of our hands upon us; yea, the work of our hands establish thou it.
Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us. Establish the work of our hands for us. Yes, establish the work of our hands.
