Por isso, cheio de ira, prometi solenemente: “O povo que saiu do Egito não entrará na Terra Prometida, o descanso que preparei para Israel!”

Por tanto juré en mi furor que no entrarían en mi reposo.

Unto whom I sware in my wrath that they should not enter into my rest.

Therefore I swore in my wrath, “They won’t enter into my rest.”
