Corramos a presentarnos ante su acatamiento, dándole gracias, y entonando himnos a su gloria.
Lleguemos ante su acatamiento con alabanza; aclamémosle con cánticos.
Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him with psalms.

Porque el Señor es el Dios grande, y un rey más grande que todos los dioses.

como sucedió, dice el Señor, cuando provocaron mi ira, entonces que hicieron prueba de mí en el desierto, en donde vuestros padres me tentaron, me probaron, y vieron mis obras.

Por espacio de cuarenta años estuve irritado contra esta raza de gente, y decía: Siempre está descarriado el corazón de este pueblo.
Cuarenta años estuve disgustado con la nación, y dije: Pueblo es que divaga de corazón, y no han conocido mis caminos.
Forty years long was I grieved with this generation, and said, It is a people that do err in their heart, and they have not known my ways:

Ellos no conocieron mis caminos; por lo que juré airado, que no entrarían en mi reposo.
Por tanto juré en mi furor que no entrarían en mi reposo.
Unto whom I sware in my wrath that they should not enter into my rest.
