Esta bestia que vi, era semejante a un leopardo, y sus pies como los de oso, y su boca como la de león. Y le dio el dragón su fuerza y su gran poder.

And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.

Vi luego una de sus cabezas que parecía como herida de muerte; y su llaga mortal fue curada. Con lo que toda la tierra pasmada se fue en pos de la bestia.

And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.
One of his heads looked like it had been wounded fatally. His fatal wound was healed, and the whole earth marveled at the beast.
Y adoraron al dragón, que dio el poder a la bestia; también adoraron a la bestia, diciendo: ¿Quién hay semejante a la bestia?, y ¿quién podrá lidiar con ella?
Y adoraron al dragón que había dado la potestad á la bestia, y adoraron á la bestia, diciendo: ¿Quién es semejante á la bestia, y quién podrá lidiar con ella?
And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?

Se le dio así mismo una boca que hablase cosas altaneras y blasfemias; y se le dio facultad de obrar así por espacio de cuarenta y dos meses.

Con eso abrió su boca en blasfemias contra Dios, blasfemando de su nombre, y de su Tabernáculo, y de los que habitan en el cielo.

Y así lo adoraron todos los habitantes de la tierra, aquellos, digo, cuyos nombres no están escritos en el Libro de la vida del Cordero, que fue sacrificado desde el principio del mundo.
Y todos los que moran en la tierra le adoraron, cuyos nombres no están escritos en el libro de la vida del Cordero, el cual fué muerto desde el principio del mundo.
And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
All who dwell on the earth will worship him, everyone whose name has not been written from the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who has been killed.
Quien tiene oídos, escuche o atienda bien,
Si alguno tiene oído, oiga.
If any man have an ear, let him hear.
If anyone has an ear, let him hear.
el que cautivare a otros, en cautividad parará; quien a hierro matare, es preciso que a hierro sea muerto. Aquí está el motivo de la paciencia y de la firmeza de la fe que tienen los santos.
El que lleva en cautividad, va en cautividad: el que á cuchillo matare, es necesario que á cuchillo sea muerto. Aquí está la paciencia y la fe de los santos.
He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.
If anyone is to go into captivity, he will go into captivity. If anyone is to be killed with the sword, he must be killed. Here is the endurance and the faith of the saints.
Vi después otra bestia que subía de la tierra, y que tenía dos cuernos, semejantes a los del Cordero, mas su lenguaje era como el del dragón.
Después vi otra bestia que subía de la tierra; y tenía dos cuernos semejantes á los de un cordero, mas hablaba como un dragón.
And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
I saw another beast coming up out of the earth. He had two horns like a lamb and it spoke like a dragon.
Y ejercitaba todo el poder de la primera bestia en su presencia; e hizo que la tierra y sus moradores adorasen la bestia primera, cuya herida mortal quedó curada.

Y obró prodigios grandes, hasta hacer que bajase fuego del cielo a la tierra en presencia de los hombres.

Así es que engañó o embaucó a los moradores de la tierra con los prodigios que se le permitieron hacer a vista de la bestia, diciendo a los moradores de la tierra, que hiciesen una imagen de la bestia, que habiendo sido herida por la espada, revivió, o curó, como dijimos.
Y engaña á los moradores de la tierra por las señales que le ha sido dado hacer en presencia de la bestia, mandando á los moradores de la tierra que hagan la imagen de la bestia que tiene la herida de cuchillo, y vivió.
And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
He deceives my own people who dwell on the earth because of the signs he was granted to do in front of the beast, saying to those who dwell on the earth that they should make an image to the beast who had the sword wound and lived.
También se le concedió dar espíritu y habla a la imagen de la bestia, y hacer que todos cuantos no adorasen la imagen de la bestia sean muertos.
Y le fué dado que diese espíritu á la imagen de la bestia, para que la imagen de la bestia hable; y hará que cualesquiera que no adoraren la imagen de la bestia sean muertos.
And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
He causes all, the small and the great, the rich and the poor, and the free and the slave, to be given marks on their right hands or on their foreheads;
y que ninguno pueda comprar, o vender, sino aquel que tiene la marca, o nombre de la bestia, o el número de su nombre.
Y que ninguno pudiese comprar ó vender, sino el que tuviera la señal, ó el nombre de la bestia, ó el número de su nombre.
And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
and that no one would be able to buy or to sell unless he has that mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of his name.
Aquí está el saber. Quien tiene, pues, inteligencia, calcule el número de la bestia, porque su número es el que forman las letras del nombre de un hombre, y el número de la bestia es seiscientos sesenta y seis.
Aquí hay sabiduría. El que tiene entendimiento, cuente el número de la bestia; porque es el número de hombre: y el número de ella, seiscientos sesenta y seis.
Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.
