Y MIRÉ, y he aquí, el Cordero estaba sobre el monte de Sión, y con él ciento cuarenta y cuatro mil, que tenían el nombre de su Padre escrito en sus frentes.
And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father’s name written in their foreheads.

Estes são os que não se contaminaram com mulheres, porque se mantiveram sexualmente puros. São estes que seguem o Cordeiro por onde Ele for. Estes foram comprados dentre a humanidade como primícias para Deus e para o Cordeiro.

And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,

Ele proclamava em alta voz: "Temei a Deus e dai-Lhe glória, pois a hora do Seu juízo chegou. Adorai Aquele que fez o céu, a terra, o mar e as fontes das águas".
Diciendo en alta voz: Temed á Dios, y dadle honra; porque la hora de su juicio es venida; y adorad á aquel que ha hecho el cielo y la tierra y el mar y las fuentes de las aguas.

A fumaça do seu tormento sobe para todo o sempre; e não têm descanso, nem de dia e nem de noite, os que adoram a besta e a sua imagem, e todos os que recebem a marca do seu nome.
Y el humo del tormento de ellos sube para siempre jamás. Y los que adoran á la bestia y á su imagen, no tienen reposo día ni noche, ni cualquiera que tomare la señal de su nombre.
