Et les dix cornes que tu as vues sont dix rois, qui n'ont pas encore reçu de royaume, mais ils reçoivent autorité comme des rois, pour une heure, avec la bête.

Y los diez cuernos que has visto, son diez reyes, que aun no han recibido reino; mas tomarán potencia por una hora como reyes con la bestia.

And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.

The ten horns that you saw are ten kings who have received no kingdom as yet, but they receive authority as kings with the beast for one hour.
