1Après cela, j’entendis dans le ciel comme une voix forte d’une foule nombreuse qui disait: Alléluia! Le salut, la gloire, et la puissance sont à notre Dieu,
2parce que ses jugements sont véritables et justes; car il a jugé la grande prostituée qui corrompait la terre par son impudicité, et il a vengé le sang de ses serviteurs en le redemandant de sa main.
3Et ils dirent une seconde fois: Alléluia!… et sa fumée monte aux siècles des siècles.
4Et les vingt-quatre vieillards et les quatre êtres vivants se prosternèrent et adorèrent Dieu assis sur le trône, en disant: Amen! Alléluia!
5Et une voix sortit du trône, disant: Louez notre Dieu, vous tous ses serviteurs, vous qui le craignez, petits et grands!
6Et j’entendis comme une voix d’une foule nombreuse, comme un bruit de grosses eaux, et comme un bruit de forts tonnerres, disant: Alléluia! Car le Seigneur notre Dieu tout-puissant est entré dans son règne.
7Réjouissons-nous et soyons dans l’allégresse, et donnons-lui gloire; car les noces de l’agneau sont venues, et son épouse s’est préparée,
8et il lui a été donné de se revêtir d’un fin lin, éclatant, pur. Car le fin lin, ce sont les œuvres justes des saints.
9Et l’ange me dit: Écris: Heureux ceux qui sont appelés au festin de noces de l’agneau! Et il me dit: Ces paroles sont les véritables paroles de Dieu.
10Et je tombai à ses pieds pour l’adorer; mais il me dit: Garde-toi de le faire! Je suis ton compagnon de service, et celui de tes frères qui ont le témoignage de Jésus. Adore Dieu. Car le témoignage de Jésus est l’esprit de la prophétie.
11Puis je vis le ciel ouvert, et voici, parut un cheval blanc. Celui qui le montait s’appelle Fidèle et Véritable, et il juge et combat avec justice.
12Ses yeux étaient comme une flamme de feu; sur sa tête étaient plusieurs diadèmes; il avait un nom écrit, que personne ne connaît, si ce n’est lui-même;
13et il était revêtu d’un vêtement teint de sang. Son nom est la Parole de Dieu.
14Les armées qui sont dans le ciel le suivaient sur des chevaux blancs, revêtues d’un fin lin, blanc, pur.
15De sa bouche sortait une épée aiguë, pour frapper les nations; il les paîtra avec une verge de fer; et il foulera la cuve du vin de l’ardente colère du Dieu tout-puissant.
16Il avait sur son vêtement et sur sa cuisse un nom écrit: Roi des rois et Seigneur des seigneurs.
17Et je vis un ange qui se tenait dans le soleil. Et il cria d’une voix forte, disant à tous les oiseaux qui volaient par le milieu du ciel: Venez, rassemblez-vous pour le grand festin de Dieu,
18afin de manger la chair des rois, la chair des chefs militaires, la chair des puissants, la chair des chevaux et de ceux qui les montent, la chair de tous, libres et esclaves, petits et grands.
19Et je vis la bête, et les rois de la terre, et leurs armées rassemblées pour faire la guerre à celui qui était assis sur le cheval et à son armée.
20Et la bête fut prise, et avec elle le faux prophète, qui avait fait devant elle les prodiges par lesquels il avait séduit ceux qui avaient pris la marque de la bête et adoré son image. Ils furent tous les deux jetés vivants dans l’étang ardent de feu et de soufre.
21Et les autres furent tués par l’épée qui sortait de la bouche de celui qui était assis sur le cheval; et tous les oiseaux se rassasièrent de leur chair.

1DESPUÉS de estas cosas oí una gran voz de gran compañía en el cielo, que decía: Aleluya: Salvación y honra y gloria y potencia al Señor Dios nuestro.
2Porque sus juicios son verdaderos y justos; porque él ha juzgado á la grande ramera, que ha corrompido la tierra con su fornicación, y ha vengado la sangre de sus siervos de la mano de ella.
3Y otra vez dijeron: Aleluya. Y su humo subió para siempre jamás.
4Y los veinticuatro ancianos y los cuatro animales se postraron en tierra, y adoraron á Dios que estaba sentado sobre el trono, diciendo: Amén: Aleluya.
5Y salió una voz del trono, que decía: Load á nuestro Dios todos sus siervos, y los que le teméis, así pequeños como grandes.
6Y oí como la voz de una grande compañía, y como el ruido de muchas aguas, y como la voz de grandes truenos, que decía: Aleluya: porque reinó el Señor nuestro Dios Todopoderoso.
7Gocémonos y alegrémonos y démosle gloria; porque son venidas las bodas del Cordero, y su esposa se ha aparejado.
8Y le fué dado que se vista de lino fino, limpio y brillante: porque el lino fino son las justificaciones de los santos.
9Y él me dice: Escribe: Bienaventurados los que son llamados á la cena del Cordero. Y me dijo: Estas palabras de Dios son verdaderas.
10Y yo me eché á sus pies para adorarle. Y él me dijo: Mira que no lo hagas: yo soy siervo contigo, y con tus hermanos que tienen el testimonio de Jesús: adora á Dios; porque el testimonio de Jesús es el espíritu de la profecía.
11Y vi el cielo abierto; y he aquí un caballo blanco, y el que estaba sentado sobre él, era llamado Fiel y Verdadero, el cual con justicia juzga y pelea.
12Y sus ojos eran como llama de fuego, y había en su cabeza muchas diademas; y tenía un nombre escrito que ninguno entendía sino él mismo.
13Y estaba vestido de una ropa teñida en sangre: y su nombre es llamado EL VERBO DE DIOS.
14Y los ejércitos que están en el cielo le seguían en caballos blancos, vestidos de lino finísimo, blanco y limpio.
15Y de su boca sale una espada aguda, para herir con ella las gentes: y él los regirá con vara de hierro; y él pisa el lagar del vino del furor, y de la ira del Dios Todopoderoso.
16Y en su vestidura y en su muslo tiene escrito este nombre: REY DE REYES Y SEÑOR DE SEÑORES.
17Y vi un ángel que estaba en el sol, y clamó con gran voz, diciendo á todas las aves que volaban por medio del cielo: Venid, y congregaos á la cena del gran Dios,
18Para que comáis carnes de reyes, y de capitanes, y carnes de fuertes, y carnes de caballos, y de los que están sentados sobre ellos; y carnes de todos, libres y siervos, de pequeños y de grandes.
19Y vi la bestia, y los reyes de la tierra y sus ejércitos, congregados para hacer guerra contra el que estaba sentado sobre el caballo, y contra su ejército.
20Y la bestia fué presa, y con ella el falso profeta que había hecho las señales delante de ella, con las cuales había engañado á los que tomaron la señal de la bestia, y habían adorado su imagen. Estos dos fueron lanzados vivos dentro de un lago de fuego ardiendo en azufre.
21Y los otros fueron muertos con la espada que salía de la boca del que estaba sentado sobre el caballo, y todas las aves fueron hartas de las carnes de ellos.

1And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God:
2For true and righteous are his judgments: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.
3And again they said, Alleluia. And her smoke rose up for ever and ever.
4And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; Alleluia.
5And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great.
6And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.
7Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.
8And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.
9And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.
10And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.
11And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.
12His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.
13And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
14And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.
15And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.
16And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.
17And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God;
18That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great.
19And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.
20And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.
21And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.
World English Bible
1After these things I heard something like a loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, saying, “Hallelujah! Salvation, power, and glory belong to our God;
2for his judgments are true and righteous. For he has judged the great prostitute who corrupted the earth with her sexual immorality, and he has avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.”
3A second said, “Hallelujah! Her smoke goes up forever and ever.”
4The twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God who sits on the throne, saying, “Amen! Hallelujah!”
5A voice came from the throne, saying, “Give praise to our God, all you his servants, you who fear him, the small and the great!”
6I heard something like the voice of a great multitude, and like the voice of many waters, and like the voice of mighty thunders, saying, “Hallelujah! For the Lord our God, the Almighty, reigns!
7Let’s rejoice and be exceedingly glad, and let’s give the glory to him. For the wedding of the Lamb has come, and his wife has made herself ready.”
8It was given to her that she would array herself in bright, pure, fine linen, for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints.
9He said to me, “Write, ‘Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding supper of the Lamb.’” He said to me, “These are true words of God.”
10I fell down before his feet to worship him. He said to me, “Look! Don’t do it! I am a fellow bondservant with you and with your brothers who hold the testimony of Jesus. Worship God, for the testimony of Jesus is the Spirit of Prophecy.”
11I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse, and he who sat on it is called Faithful and True. In righteousness he judges and makes war.
12His eyes are a flame of fire, and on his head are many crowns. He has names written and a name written which no one knows but he himself.
13He is clothed in a garment sprinkled with blood. His name is called “The Word of God.”
14The armies which are in heaven, clothed in white, pure, fine linen, followed him on white horses.
15Out of his mouth proceeds a sharp, double-edged sword that with it he should strike the nations. He will rule them with an iron rod. He treads the wine press of the fierceness of the wrath of God, the Almighty.
16He has on his garment and on his thigh a name written, “KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.”
17I saw an angel standing in the sun. He cried with a loud voice, saying to all the birds that fly in the sky, “Come! Be gathered together to the great supper of God,
18that you may eat the flesh of kings, the flesh of captains, the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses and of those who sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and slave, small and great.”
19I saw the beast, the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him who sat on the horse and against his army.
20The beast was taken, and with him the false prophet who worked the signs in his sight, with which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image. These two were thrown alive into the lake of fire that burns with sulfur.
21The rest were killed with the sword of him who sat on the horse, the sword which came out of his mouth. So all the birds were filled with their flesh.
