Beato chi legge, e beati coloro che ascoltano le parole di questa profezia, e serbano le cose che in essa sono scritte; perciocchè il tempo è vicino.

GIOVANNI, alle sette chiese, che son nell'Asia: Grazia a voi, e pace, da colui che è, e che era, e che ha da venire; e da' sette spiriti, che son davanti al suo trono;

e da Gesù Cristo, il fedel testimonio, il primogenito dai morti, e il principe dei re della terra. Ad esso, che ci ha amati, e ci ha lavati de' nostri peccati col suo sangue;

e ci ha fatti re, e sacerdoti, a Dio suo Padre; sia la gloria e l'imperio, ne' secoli de' secoli. Amen.

E in mezzo di que' sette candellieri, uno, simigliante ad un figliuol d'uomo, vestito d'una vesta lunga fino a' piedi, e cinto d'una cintura d'oro all'altezza del seno.
Y en medio de los siete candeleros, uno semejante al Hijo del hombre, vestido de una ropa que llegaba hasta los pies, y ceñido por los pechos con una cinta de oro.
And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.
And among the lamp stands was one like a son of man, clothed with a robe reaching down to his feet, and with a golden sash around his chest.
E il suo capo, e i suoi capelli eran candidi come lana bianca, a guisa di neve; e i suoi occhi somigliavano una fiamma di fuoco.

E i suoi piedi eran simili a del calcolibano, a guisa che fossero stati infocati in una fornace; e la sua voce era come il suono di molte acque.
Y sus pies semejantes al latón fino, ardientes como en un horno; y su voz como ruido de muchas aguas.
And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.
His feet were like burnished brass, as if it had been refined in a furnace. His voice was like the voice of many waters.
Ed egli avea nella sua man destra sette stelle; e della sua bocca usciva una spada a due tagli, acuta; e il suo sguardo era come il sole, quando egli risplende nella sua forza.
Y tenía en su diestra siete estrellas: y de su boca salía una espada aguda de dos filos. Y su rostro era como el sol cuando resplandece en su fuerza.
And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength.
He had seven stars in his right hand. Out of his mouth proceeded a sharp two-edged sword. His face was like the sun shining at its brightest.
E quando io l'ebbi veduto, caddi ai suoi piedi come morto. Ed egli mise la sua man destra sopra me, dicendomi: Non temere; io sono il primo, e l'ultimo;
Y cuando yo le vi, caí como muerto á sus pies. Y él puso su diestra sobre mí, diciéndome: No temas: yo soy el primero y el último;
And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last:

e quel che vive; e sono stato morto, ma ecco, son vivente ne' secoli de' secoli, Amen; ed ho le chiavi della morte, e dell'inferno.
Y el que vivo, y he sido muerto; y he aquí que vivo por siglos de siglos, Amén. Y tengo las llaves del infierno y de la muerte:
I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.
and the Living one. I was dead, and behold, I am alive forever and ever. Amen. I have the keys of Death and of Hades.
Scrivi adunque le cose che tu hai vedute, e quelle che sono, e quelle che saranno da ora innanzi;
Escribe las cosas que has visto, y las que son, y las que han de ser después de éstas:
Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter;
Write therefore the things which you have seen, and the things which are, and the things which will happen hereafter.
il misterio delle sette stelle, che tu hai vedute sopra la mia destra, e quello de' sette candellieri d'oro. Le sette stelle son gli angeli delle sette chiese; e i sette candellieri, che tu hai veduti, sono le sette chiese.
El misterio de las siete estrellas que has visto en mi diestra, y los siete candeleros de oro. Las siete estrellas son los ángeles de las siete iglesias; y los siete candeleros que has visto, son las siete iglesias.
The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches.
The mystery of the seven stars which you saw in my right hand, and the seven golden lamp stands is this: The seven stars are the angels of the seven assemblies. The seven lamp stands are seven assemblies.
