1Und ich sah einen Engel vom Himmel fahren, der hatte den Schlüssel zum Abgrund und eine große Kette in seiner Hand.
2Und er griff den Drachen, die alte Schlange, welche ist der Teufel und Satan, und band ihn tausend Jahre
3und warf ihn in den Abgrund und verschloß ihn und versiegelte obendarauf, daß er nicht mehr verführen sollte die Heiden, bis daß vollendet würden tausend Jahre; und darnach muß er los werden eine kleine Zeit.
4Und ich sah Stühle, und sie setzten sich darauf, und ihnen ward gegeben das Gericht; und die Seelen derer, die enthauptet sind um des Zeugnisses Jesu und um des Wortes Gottes willen, und die nicht angebetet hatten das Tier noch sein Bild und nicht genommen hatten sein Malzeichen an ihre Stirn und auf ihre Hand, diese lebten und regierten mit Christo tausend Jahre.
5Die andern Toten aber wurden nicht wieder lebendig, bis daß tausend Jahre vollendet wurden. Dies ist die erste Auferstehung.
6Selig ist der und heilig, der teilhat an der ersten Auferstehung. Über solche hat der andere Tod keine Macht; sondern sie werden Priester Gottes und Christi sein und mit ihm regieren tausend Jahre.
7Und wenn tausend Jahre vollendet sind, wird der Satanas los werden aus seinem Gefängnis
8und wird ausgehen, zu verführen die Heiden an den vier Enden der Erde, den Gog und Magog, sie zu versammeln zum Streit, welcher Zahl ist wie der Sand am Meer.
9Und sie zogen herauf auf die Breite der Erde und umringten das Heerlager der Heiligen und die geliebte Stadt. Und es fiel Feuer von Gott aus dem Himmel und verzehrte sie.
10Und der Teufel, der sie verführte, ward geworfen in den feurigen Pfuhl und Schwefel, da auch das Tier und der falsche Prophet war; und sie werden gequält werden Tag und Nacht von Ewigkeit zu Ewigkeit.
11Und ich sah einen großen, weißen Stuhl und den, der daraufsaß; vor des Angesicht floh die Erde und der Himmel und ihnen ward keine Stätte gefunden.
12Und ich sah die Toten, beide, groß und klein, stehen vor Gott, und Bücher wurden aufgetan. Und ein anderes Buch ward aufgetan, welches ist das Buch des Lebens. Und die Toten wurden gerichtet nach der Schrift in den Büchern, nach ihren Werken.
13Und das Meer gab die Toten, die darin waren, und der Tod und die Hölle gaben die Toten, die darin waren; und sie wurden gerichtet, ein jeglicher nach seinen Werken.
14Und der Tod und die Hölle wurden geworfen in den feurigen Pfuhl. das ist der andere Tod.
15Und so jemand nicht ward gefunden geschrieben in dem Buch des Lebens, der ward geworfen in den feurigen Pfuhl.

1Y VI un ángel descender del cielo, que tenía la llave del abismo, y una grande cadena en su mano.
2Y prendió al dragón, aquella serpiente antigua, que es el Diablo y Satanás, y le ató por mil años;
3Y arrojólo al abismo, y le encerró, y selló sobre él, porque no engañe más á las naciones, hasta que mil años sean cumplidos: y después de esto es necesario que sea desatado un poco de tiempo.
4Y vi tronos, y se sentaron sobre ellos, y les fué dado juicio; y vi las almas de los degollados por el testimonio de Jesús, y por la palabra de Dios, y que no habían adorado la bestia, ni á su imagen, y que no recibieron la señal en sus frentes, ni en sus manos; y vivieron y reinaron con Cristo mil años.
5Mas los otros muertos no tornaron á vivir hasta que sean cumplidos mil años. Esta es la primera resurrección.
6Bienaventurado y santo el que tiene parte en la primera resurrección: la segunda muerte no tiene potestad en éstos; antes serán sacerdotes de Dios y de Cristo, y reinarán con él mil años.
7Y cuando los mil años fueren cumplidos, Satanás será suelto de su prisión,
8Y saldrá para engañar las naciones que están sobre los cuatro ángulos de la tierra, á Gog y á Magog, á fin de congregarlos para la batalla; el número de los cuales es como la arena del mar.
9Y subieron sobre la anchura de la tierra, y circundaron el campo de los santos, y la ciudad amada: y de Dios descendió fuego del cielo, y los devoró.
10Y el diablo que los engañaba, fué lanzado en el lago de fuego y azufre, donde está la bestia y el falso profeta; y serán atormentados día y noche para siempre jamás.
11Y vi un gran trono blanco y al que estaba sentado sobre él, de delante del cual huyó la tierra y el cielo; y no fué hallado el lugar de ellos.
12Y vi los muertos, grandes y pequeños, que estaban delante de Dios; y los libros fueron abiertos: y otro libro fué abierto, el cual es de la vida: y fueron juzgados los muertos por las cosas que estaban escritas en los libros, según sus obras.
13Y el mar dió los muertos que estaban en él; y la muerte y el infierno dieron los muertos que estaban en ellos; y fué hecho juicio de cada uno según sus obras.
14Y el infierno y la muerte fueron lanzados en el lago de fuego. Esta es la muerte segunda.
15Y el que no fué hallado escrito en el libro de la vida, fué lanzado en el lago de fuego.

1And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.
2And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,
3And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.
4And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
5But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
6Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.
7And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,
8And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.
9And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.
10And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
11And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
12And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
13And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
14And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

1I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, having the key of the abyss and a great chain in his hand.
2He seized the dragon, the old serpent, who is the devil and Satan, who deceives the whole inhabited earth, and bound him for a thousand years,
3and cast him into the abyss, and shut it and sealed it over him, that he should deceive the nations no more until the thousand years were finished. After this, he must be freed for a short time.
4I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was given to them. I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for the testimony of Jesus and for the word of God, and such as didn’t worship the beast nor his image, and didn’t receive the mark on their forehead and on their hand. They lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.
5The rest of the dead didn’t live until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
6Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over these, the second death has no power, but they will be priests of God and of Christ, and will reign with him one thousand years.
7And after the thousand years, Satan will be released from his prison
8and he will come out to deceive the nations which are in the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to the war, whose number is as the sand of the sea.
9They went up over the width of the earth and surrounded the camp of the saints and the beloved city. Fire came down out of heaven from God and devoured them.
10The devil who deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet are also. They will be tormented day and night forever and ever.
11I saw a great white throne and him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the sky fled away. There was found no place for them.
12I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and they opened books. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged out of the things which were written in the books, according to their works.
13The sea gave up the dead who were in it. Death and Hades gave up the dead who were in them. They were judged, each one according to his works.
14Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire.
15If anyone was not found written in the book of life, he was cast into the lake of fire.
