Und ich sah auf (in) der rechten †Hand des auf dem Thron Sitzenden eine Schriftrolle (ein Dokument, Buch), auf der Innen- und der Rückseite (innen und außen) beschrieben, †mit sieben Siegeln versiegelt.

And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals.

I saw, in the right hand of him who sat on the throne, a book written inside and outside, sealed shut with seven seals.
