Apocalipsis 6

Poi vidi quando l’Agnello ebbe aperto uno dei sette suggelli; e udii una delle quattro creature viventi, che diceva con voce come di tuono: Vieni.

Y MIRÉ cuando el Cordero abrió uno de los sellos, y oí á uno de los cuatro animales diciendo como con una voz de trueno: Ven y ve.

And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.

I saw that the Lamb opened one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four living creatures saying, as with a voice of thunder, “Come and see!”

E vidi, ed ecco un cavallo bianco; e colui che lo cavalcava aveva un arco; e gli fu data una corona, ed egli uscì fuori da vincitore, e per vincere.

Y miré, y he aquí un caballo blanco: y el que estaba sentado encima de él, tenía un arco; y le fué dada una corona, y salió victorioso, para que también venciese.

And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.

Then a white horse appeared, and he who sat on it had a bow. A crown was given to him, and he came out conquering, and to conquer.

E quando ebbe aperto il secondo suggello, io udii la seconda creatura vivente che diceva: Vieni.

Y cuando él abrió el segundo sello, oí al segundo animal, que decía: Ven y ve.

And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see.

When he opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature saying, “Come!”

E uscì fuori un altro cavallo, rosso; e a colui che lo cavalcava fu dato di toglier la pace dalla terra affinché gli uomini si uccidessero gli uni gli altri, e gli fu data una grande spada.

Y salió otro caballo bermejo: y al que estaba sentado sobre él, fué dado poder de quitar la paz de la tierra, y que se maten unos á otros: y fuéle dada una grande espada.

And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.

Another came out, a red horse. To him who sat on it was given power to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another. There was given to him a great sword.

E quando ebbe aperto il terzo suggello, io udii la terza creatura vivente che diceva: Vieni. Ed io vidi, ed ecco un cavallo nero; e colui che lo cavalcava aveva una bilancia in mano.

Y cuando él abrió el tercer sello, oí al tercer animal, que decía: Ven y ve. Y miré, y he aquí un caballo negro: y el que estaba sentado encima de él, tenía un peso en su mano.

And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand.

When he opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature saying, “Come and see!” And behold, a black horse, and he who sat on it had a balance in his hand.

E udii come una voce in mezzo alle quattro creature viventi che diceva: Una chènice di frumento per un denaro e tre chènici d’orzo per un denaro; e non danneggiare né l’olio né il vino.

Y oí una voz en medio de los cuatro animales, que decía: Dos libras de trigo por un denario, y seis libras de cebada por un denario: y no hagas daño al vino ni al aceite.

And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.

I heard a voice in the middle of the four living creatures saying, “A choenix of wheat for a denarius, and three choenix of barley for a denarius! Don’t damage the oil and the wine!”

E quando ebbe aperto il quarto suggello, io udii la voce della quarta creatura vivente che diceva: Vieni.

Y cuando él abrió el cuarto sello, oí la voz del cuarto animal, que decía: Ven y ve.

And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see.

When he opened the fourth seal, I heard the fourth living creature saying, “Come and see!”

E io vidi, ed ecco un cavallo giallastro; e colui che lo cavalcava avea nome la Morte; e gli teneva dietro l’Ades. E fu loro data potestà sopra la quarta parte della terra di uccidere con la spada, con la fame, con la mortalità e con le fiere della terra.

Y miré, y he aquí un caballo amarillo: y el que estaba sentado sobre él tenía por nombre Muerte; y el infierno le seguía: y le fué dada potestad sobre la cuarta parte de la tierra, para matar con espada, con hambre, con mortandad, y con las bestias de la tierra.

And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

And behold, a pale horse, and the name of he who sat on it was Death. Hades followed with him. Authority over one fourth of the earth, to kill with the sword, with famine, with death, and by the wild animals of the earth was given to him.

E quando ebbe aperto il quinto suggello, io vidi sotto l’altare le anime di quelli ch’erano stati uccisi per la parola di Dio e per la testimonianza che aveano resa;

Y cuando él abrió el quinto sello, vi debajo del altar las almas de los que habían sido muertos por la palabra de Dios y por el testimonio que ellos tenían.

And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:

When he opened the fifth seal, I saw underneath the altar the souls of those who had been killed for the Word of God, and for the testimony of the Lamb which they had.

e gridarono con gran voce, dicendo: Fino a quando, o nostro Signore che sei santo e verace, non fai tu giudicio e non vendichi il nostro sangue su quelli che abitano sopra la terra?

Y clamaban en alta voz diciendo: ¿Hasta cuándo, Señor, santo y verdadero, no juzgas y vengas nuestra sangre de los que moran en la tierra?

And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?

They cried with a loud voice, saying, “How long, Master, the holy and true, until you judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?”

E a ciascun d’essi fu data una veste bianca e fu loro detto che si riposassero ancora un po’ di tempo, finché fosse completo il numero dei loro conservi e dei loro fratelli, che hanno ad essere uccisi come loro.

Y les fueron dadas sendas ropas blancas, y fuéles dicho que reposasen todavía un poco de tiempo, hasta que se completaran sus consiervos y sus hermanos, que también habían de ser muertos como ellos.

And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.

A long white robe was given to each of them. They were told that they should rest yet for a while, until their fellow servants and their brothers, who would also be killed even as they were, should complete their course.

Poi vidi quand’ebbe aperto il sesto suggello: e si fece un gran terremoto; e il sole divenne nero come un cilicio di crine, e tutta la luna diventò come sangue;

Y miré cuando él abrió el sexto sello, y he aquí fué hecho un gran terremoto; y el sol se puso negro como un saco de cilicio, y la luna se puso toda como sangre;

And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;

I saw when he opened the sixth seal, and there was a great earthquake. The sun became black as sackcloth made of hair, and the whole moon became as blood.

e le stelle del cielo caddero sulla terra come quando un fico scosso da un gran vento lascia cadere i suoi fichi immaturi.

Y las estrellas del cielo cayeron sobre la tierra, como la higuera echa sus higos cuando es movida de gran viento.

And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.

The stars of the sky fell to the earth, like a fig tree dropping its unripe figs when it is shaken by a great wind.

E il cielo si ritrasse come una pergamena che si arrotola; e ogni montagna e ogni isola fu rimossa dal suo luogo.

Y el cielo se apartó como un libro que es envuelto; y todo monte y las islas fueron movidas de sus lugares.

And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

The sky was removed like a scroll when it is rolled up. Every mountain and island was moved out of its place.

E i re della terra e i grandi e i capitani e i ricchi e i potenti e ogni servo e ogni libero si nascosero nelle spelonche e nelle rocce dei monti;

Y los reyes de la tierra, y los príncipes, y los ricos, y los capitanes, y los fuertes, y todo siervo y todo libre, se escondieron en las cuevas y entre las peñas de los montes;

And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;

The kings of the earth, the princes, the commanding officers, the rich, the strong, and every slave and free person, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains.

e dicevano ai monti e alle rocce: Cadeteci addosso e nascondeteci dal cospetto di Colui che siede sul trono e dall’ira dell’Agnello;

Y decían á los montes y á las peñas: Caed sobre nosotros, y escondednos de la cara de aquél que está sentado sobre el trono, y de la ira del Cordero:

And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:

They told the mountains and the rocks, “Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb,

perché è venuto il gran giorno della sua ira, e chi può reggere in piè?

Porque el gran día de su ira es venido; ¿y quién podrá estar firme?

For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

for the great day of his wrath has come, and who is able to stand?”
