Quando o Cordeiro quebrou o sétimo selo, houve silêncio no céu inteiro durante cerca de meia hora.

Y CUANDO él abrió el séptimo sello, fué hecho silencio en el cielo casi por media hora.

O quarto anjo tocou a sua trombeta e imediatamente a terça parte do sol, da lua e das estrelas foi ferida e escureceu. Deste modo a luz do dia diminuiu em uma terça parte e a escuridão da noite cresceu.

I saw, and I heard an eagle, flying in mid heaven, saying with a loud voice, “Woe! Woe! Woe to those who dwell on the earth, because of the other blasts of the trumpets of the three angels, who are yet to sound!”
