Ist aber der Anbruch heilig, so ist es auch der Teig, und ist die Wurzel heilig, so sind es auch die Zweige.

Y si el primer fruto es santo, también lo es el todo, y si la raíz es santa, también lo son las ramas.

For if the firstfruit be holy, the lump is also holy: and if the root be holy, so are the branches.

If the first fruit is holy, so is the lump. If the root is holy, so are the branches.
