Denn Gott hat alle miteinander in den Unglauben verschlossen, damit er sich aller erbarme.

Porque Dios encerró á todos en incredulidad, para tener misericordia de todos.

For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all.

For God has bound all to disobedience, that he might have mercy on all.
