Ahora, pues, hermanos míos, os ruego encarecidamente, por la misericordia de Dios, que le ofrezcáis vuestros cuerpos como una hostia o víctima viva, santa y agradable a sus ojos, que es el culto racional que debéis ofrecerle.
ASÍ que, hermanos, os ruego por las misericordias de Dios, que presentéis vuestros cuerpos en sacrificio vivo, santo, agradable á Dios, que es vuestro racional culto.
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

Por lo que os exhorto a todos vosotros, en virtud del ministerio que por gracia se me ha dado, a que en vuestro saber o pensar, no os levantéis más alto de lo que debéis, sino que os contengáis dentro de los límites de la moderación, según la medida de fe que Dios ha repartido a cada cual.
Digo pues por la gracia que me es dada, á cada cual que está entre vosotros, que no tenga más alto concepto de sí que el que debe tener, sino que piense de sí con templanza, conforme á la medida de fe que Dios repartió á cada uno.
For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.

Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.

El amor sea sin fingimiento. Tened horror al mal, y aplicaos perennemente al bien,

Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.

Estad siempre unidos en unos mismos sentimientos y deseos, no buscando cosas altas, sino acomodándoos a lo que sea más humilde. No queráis teneros dentro de vosotros mismos por sabios o prudentes.
Unánimes entre vosotros: no altivos, mas acomodándoos á los humildes. No seáis sabios en vuestra opinión.
Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits.

A nadie volváis mal por mal, procurando obrar bien no sólo delante de Dios sino también delante de todos los hombres.

Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.
