La noche está ya muy avanzada, y va a llegar el día de la eternidad. Dejemos, pues, las sobras de las tinieblas, y revistámonos de las armas de la luz.

La noche ha pasado, y ha llegado el día: echemos, pues, las obras de las tinieblas, y vistámonos las armas de luz.

The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.

The night is far gone, and the day is near. Let’s therefore throw off the deeds of darkness, and let’s put on the armor of light.
