Dios ha puesto al servicio de él a las autoridades para tu beneficio. Pero si estás haciendo algo malo, claro que tienes que temerlas, porque para eso tienen armas para castigarte. Para eso las ha puesto Dios, para actuar con justicia y castigar a los malhechores.
Porque es ministro de Dios para tu bien. Mas si hicieres lo malo, teme: porque no en vano lleva el cuchillo; porque es ministro de Dios, vengador para castigo al que hace lo malo.
For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.
