Portanto, deves obedecer, não apenas por causa da ira, mas também por causa da consciência.

Por lo cual es necesario que le estéis sujetos, no solamente por la ira, mas aun por la conciencia.

Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake.

Therefore you need to be in subjection, not only because of the wrath, but also for conscience’ sake.
