Car c’est pour cela que Christ est mort, qu’il est ressuscité, et qu’il a repris une nouvelle vie ; afin qu’il domine tant sur les morts que sur les vivants.

Porque Cristo para esto murió, y resucitó, y volvió á vivir, para ser Señor así de los muertos como de los que viven.

For to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living.
