Romanos 15

Denn auch Christus nicht an sich selber Gefallen hatte, sondern wie geschrieben stehet: Die Schmahungen derer, die dich schmahen, sind uber mich gefallen.

Porque Cristo no se agradó á sí mismo; antes bien, como está escrito: Los vituperios de los que te vituperan, cayeron sobre mí.

For even Christ pleased not himself; but, as it is written, The reproaches of them that reproached thee fell on me.

For even Christ didn’t please himself. But, as it is written, “The reproaches of those who reproached you fell on me.”
