Romanos 15

Nosotros que somos fuertes tenemos que ser un apoyo para los débiles, y no agradarnos a nosotros mismos.

ASÍ que, los que somos más firmes debemos sobrellevar las flaquezas de los flacos, y no agradarnos á nosotros mismos.

We then that are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves.

Now we who are strong ought to bear the weaknesses of the weak, and not to please ourselves.

Dejen que cada uno de nosotros agrade a su prójimo para su bien, para hacerlo fuerte en la fe.

Cada uno de nosotros agrade á su prójimo en bien, á edificación.

Let every one of us please his neighbour for his good to edification.

Let each one of us please his neighbor for that which is good, to be building him up.

Porque Cristo no se agradó a sí mismo, sino, como está dicho, las ofensas de los que te insultaban vinieron sobre mí.

Porque Cristo no se agradó á sí mismo; antes bien, como está escrito: Los vituperios de los que te vituperan, cayeron sobre mí.

For even Christ pleased not himself; but, as it is written, The reproaches of them that reproached thee fell on me.

For even Christ didn’t please himself. But, as it is written, “The reproaches of those who reproached you fell on me.”

Ahora bien, las cosas que se escribieron antes de nuestro tiempo fueron para nuestro aprendizaje, de modo que a través de la paciencia y por medio del consuelo de las Sagradas Escrituras, tengamos esperanza.

Porque las cosas que antes fueron escritas, para nuestra enseñanza fueron escritas; para que por la paciencia, y por la consolación de las Escrituras, tengamos esperanza.

For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.

For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that through perseverance and through encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.

Ahora bien, el Dios de paciencia y consolación les ayude a vivir en armonía, en un mismo sentir, unos con otros en Cristo Jesús:

Mas el Dios de la paciencia y de la consolación os dé que entre vosotros seáis unánimes según Cristo Jesús;

Now the God of patience and consolation grant you to be likeminded one toward another according to Christ Jesus:

Now the God of perseverance and of encouragement grant you to be of the same mind with one another according to Christ Jesus,

para que todos juntos a una sola voz glorifiquen al Dios y Padre de nuestro Señor Jesucristo.

Para que concordes, á una boca glorifiquéis al Dios y Padre de nuestro Señor Jesucristo.

That ye may with one mind and one mouth glorify God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

that with one accord you may with one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Entonces, tómense unos a otros en sus corazones, como Cristo nos tomó, para la gloria de Dios.

Por tanto, sobrellevaos los unos á los otros, como también Cristo nos sobrellevó, para gloria de Dios.

Wherefore receive ye one another, as Christ also received us to the glory of God.

Therefore accept one another, even as Christ also accepted you, to the glory of God.

Ahora digo que Cristo ha sido hecho siervo de la circuncisión para dar cumplimiento a las promesas dadas por Dios a los padres,

Digo, pues, que Cristo Jesús fué hecho ministro de la circuncisión por la verdad de Dios, para confirmar las promesas hechas á los padres,

Now I say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made unto the fathers:

Now I say that Christ has been made a servant of the circumcision for the truth of God, that he might confirm the promises given to the fathers,

Y para que los gentiles le den gloria a Dios por su misericordia; como se dice, por esta razón te alabaré entre los gentiles, y haré una canción a tu nombre.

Y para que los Gentiles glorifiquen á Dios por la misericordia; como está escrito: Por tanto yo te confesaré entre los Gentiles, y cantaré á tu nombre.

And that the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy; as it is written, For this cause I will confess to thee among the Gentiles, and sing unto thy name.

and that the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy. As it is written, “Therefore I will give praise to you among the Gentiles and sing to your name.”

Y otra vez dice: Participen, gentiles, en la alegría de su pueblo.

Y otra vez dice: Alegraos, Gentiles, con su pueblo.

And again he saith, Rejoice, ye Gentiles, with his people.

Again he says, “Rejoice, you Gentiles, with his people.”

Y otra vez, alaben al Señor, todos ustedes gentiles; y todas las naciones le alaben.

Y otra vez: Alabad al Señor todos los Gentiles, y magnificadle, todos los pueblos.

And again, Praise the Lord, all ye Gentiles; and laud him, all ye people.

Again, “Praise the Lord, all you Gentiles! Let all the peoples praise him.”

Y otra vez Isaías dice: Estará la raíz de Isaí, y el que viene a ser el gobernador de los gentiles; en él los gentiles pondrán su esperanza.

Y otra vez, dice Isaías: Estará la raíz de Jessé, y el que se levantará á regir los Gentiles: los Gentiles esperarán en él.

And again, Esaias saith, There shall be a root of Jesse, and he that shall rise to reign over the Gentiles; in him shall the Gentiles trust.

Again, Isaiah says, “There will be the root of Jesse, he who arises to rule over the Gentiles; in him the Gentiles will hope.”

Ahora bien, el Dios de la esperanza te llene de gozo y paz por medio de la fe, para que toda esperanza sea tuya en el poder del Espíritu Santo.

Y el Dios de esperanza os llene de todo gozo y paz creyendo, para que abundéis en esperanza por la virtud del Espíritu Santo.

Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.

Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope in the power of the Holy Spirit.

Y yo mismo estoy seguro de ustedes, hermanos, que están llenos de lo que es bueno, completos en todo conocimiento, capaces de aconsejarse unos a otros.

Empero cierto estoy yo de vosotros, hermanos míos, que aun vosotros mismos estáis llenos de bondad, llenos de todo conocimiento, de tal manera que podáis amonestaros los unos á los otros.

And I myself also am persuaded of you, my brethren, that ye also are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge, able also to admonish one another.

I myself am also persuaded about you, my brothers, that you yourselves are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge, able also to admonish others.

Pero tengo, en cierta medida, menos temor al escribirles para volver a poner estas cosas delante de ustedes, por la gracia que me fue dada por Dios,

Mas os he escrito, hermanos, en parte resueltamente, como amonestándoos por la gracia que de Dios me es dada,

Nevertheless, brethren, I have written the more boldly unto you in some sort, as putting you in mind, because of the grace that is given to me of God,

But I write the more boldly to you in part as reminding you, because of the grace that was given to me by God,

ser un servidor de Cristo Jesús a los gentiles, haciendo el trabajo de un sacerdote en las buenas nuevas de Dios, para que la ofrenda de los gentiles sea agradable a Dios, siendo santificados por el Espíritu Santo.

Para ser ministro de Jesucristo á los Gentiles, ministrando el evangelio de Dios, para que la ofrenda de los Gentiles sea agradable, santificada por el Espíritu Santo.

That I should be the minister of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles, ministering the gospel of God, that the offering up of the Gentiles might be acceptable, being sanctified by the Holy Ghost.

that I should be a servant of Christ Jesus to the Gentiles, serving as a priest of the Good News of God, that the offering up of the Gentiles might be made acceptable, sanctified by the Holy Spirit.

Así que me enorgullezco de Cristo Jesús en las cosas que son de Dios.

Tengo, pues, de qué gloriarme en Cristo Jesús en lo que mira á Dios.

I have therefore whereof I may glory through Jesus Christ in those things which pertain to God.

I have therefore my boasting in Christ Jesus in things pertaining to God.

Y me guardaré de hablar de todo lo que no sea lo que Cristo hizo por mí para poner a los gentiles bajo su obediencia en palabra y obras,

Porque no osaría hablar alguna cosa que Cristo no haya hecho por mí para la obediencia de los Gentiles, con la palabra y con las obras,

For I will not dare to speak of any of those things which Christ hath not wrought by me, to make the Gentiles obedient, by word and deed,

For I will not dare to speak of any things except those which Christ worked through me for the obedience of the Gentiles, by word and deed,

por señales y prodigios, en el poder del Espíritu Santo; de modo que desde Jerusalén y alrededor hasta Ilírico he dado el mensaje de salvación de Cristo;

Con potencia de milagros y prodigios, en virtud del Espíritu de Dios: de manera que desde Jerusalem, y por los alrededores hasta Ilírico, he llenado todo del evangelio de Cristo.

Through mighty signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God; so that from Jerusalem, and round about unto Illyricum, I have fully preached the gospel of Christ.

in the power of signs and wonders, in the power of God’s Spirit; so that from Jerusalem and around as far as to Illyricum, I have fully preached the Good News of Christ;

Haciendo mi propósito de no tomar las buenas nuevas donde nunca antes se había oído hablar de Cristo, para que mi obra no se base en la de los demás;

Y de esta manera me esforcé á predicar el evangelio, no donde antes Cristo fuese nombrado, por no edificar sobre ajeno fundamento:

Yea, so have I strived to preach the gospel, not where Christ was named, lest I should build upon another man’s foundation:

yes, making it my aim to preach the Good News, not where Christ was already named, that I might not build on another’s foundation.

Pero como está dicho en las Sagradas Escrituras, Ellos verán, a quienes las noticias de él no les fueron dadas, y aquellos a quienes no llegaron sus oídos tendrán conocimiento.

Sino, como está escrito: A los que no fué anunciado de él, verán: y los que no oyeron, entenderán.

But as it is written, To whom he was not spoken of, they shall see: and they that have not heard shall understand.

But, as it is written, “They will see, to whom no news of him came. They who haven’t heard will understand.”

Por lo cual con frecuencia me ha sido impedido de ir a ustedes;

Por lo cual aun he sido impedido muchas veces de venir á vosotros.

For which cause also I have been much hindered from coming to you.

Therefore also I was hindered these many times from coming to you,

Pero ahora, al no tener ningún lugar para mi trabajo en estas regiones y haber tenido durante muchos años un gran deseo de venir a ustedes,

Mas ahora no teniendo más lugar en estas regiones, y deseando ir á vosotros muchos años há,

But now having no more place in these parts, and having a great desire these many years to come unto you;

but now, no longer having any place in these regions, and having these many years a longing to come to you,

Cada vez que voy a España (por ello Tengo la esperanza de verlos en mi camino, y después que haya tenido el gusto de verlos, espero que ustedes me ayuden a continuar el viaje.

Cuando partiere para España, iré á vosotros; porque espero que pasando os veré, y que seré llevado de vosotros allá, si empero antes hubiere gozado de vosotros.

Whensoever I take my journey into Spain, I will come to you: for I trust to see you in my journey, and to be brought on my way thitherward by you, if first I be somewhat filled with your company.

whenever I travel to Spain, I will come to you. For I hope to see you on my journey, and to be helped on my way there by you, if first I may enjoy your company for a while.

Pero ahora voy a Jerusalén para ayudar a los santos.

Mas ahora parto para Jerusalem á ministrar á los santos.

But now I go unto Jerusalem to minister unto the saints.

But now, I say, I am going to Jerusalem, serving the saints.

Porque a los de Macedonia y Acaya les agradaron enviar una cierta cantidad de dinero para los pobres entre los santos de Jerusalén.

Porque Macedonia y Acaya tuvieron por bien hacer una colecta para los pobres de los santos que están en Jerusalem.

For it hath pleased them of Macedonia and Achaia to make a certain contribution for the poor saints which are at Jerusalem.

For it has been the good pleasure of Macedonia and Achaia to make a certain contribution for the poor among the saints who are at Jerusalem.

Sí, ha sido su gran placer; y ellos están en deuda con ellos. Porque si los gentiles han tenido parte en sus bienes espirituales, es correcto para ellos, de la misma manera, darles ayuda en las cosas de la carne.

Porque les pareció bueno, y son deudores á ellos: porque si los Gentiles han sido hechos participantes de sus bienes espirituales, deben también ellos servirles en los carnales.

It hath pleased them verily; and their debtors they are. For if the Gentiles have been made partakers of their spiritual things, their duty is also to minister unto them in carnal things.

Yes, it has been their good pleasure, and they are their debtors. For if the Gentiles have been made partakers of their spiritual things, they owe it to them also to serve them in material things.

Cuando haya hecho esto y les haya dado este fruto de amor, iré a España.

Así que, cuando hubiere concluído esto, y les hubiere consignado este fruto, pasaré por vosotros á España.

When therefore I have performed this, and have sealed to them this fruit, I will come by you into Spain.

When therefore I have accomplished this, and have sealed to them this fruit, I will go on by way of you to Spain.

Y estoy seguro de que cuando llegue, estaré lleno de la bendición del evangelio de Cristo.

Y sé que cuando llegue á vosotros, llegaré con abundancia de la bendición del evangelio de Cristo.

And I am sure that, when I come unto you, I shall come in the fulness of the blessing of the gospel of Christ.

I know that when I come to you, I will come in the fullness of the blessing of the Good News of Christ.

Ahora les ruego, hermanos, por nuestro Señor Jesucristo, y por el amor del Espíritu, que trabajen juntos conmigo en sus oraciones a Dios por mí;

Ruégoos empero, hermanos, por el Señor nuestro Jesucristo, y por la caridad del Espíritu, que me ayudéis con oraciones por mí á Dios,

Now I beseech you, brethren, for the Lord Jesus Christ’s sake, and for the love of the Spirit, that ye strive together with me in your prayers to God for me;

Now I beg you, brothers, by our Lord Jesus Christ and by the love of the Spirit, that you strive together with me in your prayers to God for me,

Para que yo esté a salvo de los que están en Judea, que no se han puesto bajo el gobierno de Dios, y que la ayuda que yo tomo para Jerusalén puede agradar a los santos;

Que sea librado de los rebeldes que están en Judea, y que la ofrenda de mi servicio á los santos en Jerusalem sea acepta;

That I may be delivered from them that do not believe in Judaea; and that my service which I have for Jerusalem may be accepted of the saints;

that I may be delivered from those who are disobedient in Judea, and that my service which I have for Jerusalem may be acceptable to the saints,

Para que yo pueda venir a ti en gozo por la buena voluntad de Dios, y que sea recreado juntamente con ustedes.

Para que con gozo llegue á vosotros por la voluntad de Dios, y que sea recreado juntamente con vosotros.

That I may come unto you with joy by the will of God, and may with you be refreshed.

that I may come to you in joy through the will of God, and together with you, find rest.

Ahora el Dios de la paz sea con todos ustedes. Amen.

Y el Dios de paz sea con todos vosotros. Amén.
