1Or je vous recommande Phœbé, notre sœur, qui est servante de l’assemblée qui est à Cenchrée,
2afin que vous la receviez dans le Seigneur, comme il convient à des saints, et que vous l’assistiez dans toute affaire pour laquelle elle aurait besoin de vous ; car elle-même aussi a été en aide à plusieurs, et à moi-même.
3Saluez Prisca et Aquilas, mes compagnons d’œuvre dans le christ Jésus
4(qui, pour ma vie, ont exposé leur propre cou ; auxquels je ne rends pas grâces moi seul, mais aussi toutes les assemblées des nations),
5et l’assemblée qui [se réunit] dans leur maison. Saluez Épaïnète, mon bien-aimé, qui est les prémices de l’Asie pour Christ.
6Saluez Marie, qui a beaucoup travaillé pour vous.
7Saluez Andronique et Junias, mes parents et mes compagnons de captivité, qui sont distingués parmi les apôtres, qui même ont été avant moi en Christ.
8Saluez Amplias, mon bien-aimé dans le Seigneur.
9Saluez Urbain, notre compagnon d’œuvre en Christ, et Stachys, mon bien-aimé.
10Saluez Appellès, approuvé en Christ. Saluez ceux de chez Aristobule.
11Saluez Hérodion, mon parent. Saluez ceux de chez Narcisse qui sont dans le Seigneur.
12Saluez Tryphène et Tryphose, lesquelles travaillent dans le Seigneur. Saluez Persis, la bien-aimée, qui a beaucoup travaillé dans le Seigneur.
13Saluez Rufus, l’élu dans le Seigneur, et sa mère, qui est aussi la mienne.
14Saluez Asyncrite, Phlégon, Hermas, Patrobas, Hermès, et les frères qui sont avec eux.
15Saluez Philologue, et Julie, Nérée et sa sœur, et Olympas, et tous les saints qui sont avec eux.
16Saluez-vous les uns les autres par un saint baiser. Toutes les assemblées du Christ vous saluent.
17Or je vous exhorte, frères, à avoir l’œil sur ceux qui causent les divisions et les occasions de chute par [des choses qui ne sont] pas selon la doctrine que vous avez apprise ; et éloignez-vous d’eux.
18Car ces sortes de gens ne servent pas notre seigneur Christ, mais leur propre ventre ; et par de douces paroles et un beau langage, ils séduisent les cœurs des simples.
19Car votre obéissance est venue à [la connaissance de] tous. Je me réjouis donc à votre sujet ; mais je désire que vous soyez sages quant au bien, et simples quant au mal.
20Or le Dieu de paix brisera bientôt Satan sous vos pieds. Que la grâce de notre seigneur Jésus Christ soit avec vous !
21Timothée, mon compagnon d’œuvre, et Lucius, et Jason, et Sosipater, mes parents, vous saluent.
22Moi, Tertius, qui ai écrit la lettre, je vous salue dans le Seigneur.
23Gaïus, mon hôte et celui de toute l’assemblée, vous salue. Éraste, l’administrateur de la ville, et le frère Quartus vous saluent.
24Que la grâce de notre seigneur Jésus Christ soit avec vous tous ! Amen.
25Or, à celui qui est puissant pour vous affermir selon mon évangile et la prédication de Jésus Christ, selon la révélation du mystère à l’égard duquel le silence a été gardé dès les temps éternels,
26mais qui a été manifesté maintenant, et qui, par des écrits prophétiques, a été donné à connaître à toutes les nations, selon le commandement du Dieu éternel, pour [l’]obéissance de [la] foi,…
27au Dieu qui seul est sage, par Jésus Christ, – auquel soit la gloire éternellement ! Amen.

2Que la recibáis en el Señor, como es digno á los santos, y que la ayudéis en cualquiera cosa en que os hubiere menester: porque ella ha ayudado á muchos, y á mí mismo.
3Saludad á Priscila y á Aquila, mis coadjutores en Cristo Jesús;
4(Que pusieron sus cuellos por mi vida: á los cuales no doy gracias yo solo, mas aun todas las iglesias de los Gentiles;)
5Asimismo á la iglesia de su casa. Saludad á Epeneto, amado mío, que es las primicias de Acaya en Cristo.
6Saludad á María, la cual ha trabajado mucho con vosotros.

17Y os ruego hermanos, que miréis los que causan disensiones y escándalos contra la doctrina que vosotros habéis aprendido; y apartaos de ellos.
18Porque los tales no sirven al Señor nuestro Jesucristo, sino á sus vientres; y con suaves palabras y bendiciones engañan los corazones de los simples.
19Porque vuestra obediencia ha venido á ser notoria á todos; así que me gozo de vosotros; mas quiero que seáis sabios en el bien, y simples en el mal.
20Y el Dios de paz quebrantará presto á Satanás debajo de vuestros pies. La gracia del Señor nuestro Jesucristo sea con vosotros.
21Os saludan Timoteo, mi coadjutor, y Lucio y Jasón y Sosipater, mis parientes.
22Yo Tercio, que escribí la epístola, os saludo en el Señor.

1I commend unto you Phebe our sister, which is a servant of the church which is at Cenchrea:
2That ye receive her in the Lord, as becometh saints, and that ye assist her in whatsoever business she hath need of you: for she hath been a succourer of many, and of myself also.
3Greet Priscilla and Aquila my helpers in Christ Jesus:
4Who have for my life laid down their own necks: unto whom not only I give thanks, but also all the churches of the Gentiles.
5Likewise greet the church that is in their house. Salute my wellbeloved Epaenetus, who is the firstfruits of Achaia unto Christ.
6Greet Mary, who bestowed much labour on us.
7Salute Andronicus and Junia, my kinsmen, and my fellowprisoners, who are of note among the apostles, who also were in Christ before me.
8Greet Amplias my beloved in the Lord.
9Salute Urbane, our helper in Christ, and Stachys my beloved.
10Salute Apelles approved in Christ. Salute them which are of Aristobulus’ household.

17Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.
18For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.
19For your obedience is come abroad unto all men. I am glad therefore on your behalf: but yet I would have you wise unto that which is good, and simple concerning evil.
20And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.
21Timotheus my workfellow, and Lucius, and Jason, and Sosipater, my kinsmen, salute you.
22I Tertius, who wrote this epistle, salute you in the Lord.
23Gaius mine host, and of the whole church, saluteth you. Erastus the chamberlain of the city saluteth you, and Quartus a brother.

25Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began,
26But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith:
27To God only wise, be glory through Jesus Christ for ever. Amen.

2that you receive her in the Lord in a way worthy of the saints, and that you assist her in whatever matter she may need from you, for she herself also has been a helper of many, and of my own self.

4who risked their own necks for my life, to whom not only I give thanks, but also all the assemblies of the Gentiles.
5Greet the assembly that is in their house. Greet Epaenetus, my beloved, who is the first fruits of Achaia to Christ.

17Now I beg you, brothers, look out for those who are causing the divisions and occasions of stumbling, contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and turn away from them.
18For those who are such don’t serve our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by their smooth and flattering speech they deceive the hearts of the innocent.
19For your obedience has become known to all. I rejoice therefore over you. But I desire to have you wise in that which is good, but innocent in that which is evil.
20And the God of peace will quickly crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.
