Darum bist du nicht zu entschuldigen, o Mensch, wer du seist, der du richtest! Denn indem du den andern richtest, verdammst du dich selbst; denn du verübst ja dasselbe, was du richtest!
POR lo cual eres inexcusable, oh hombre, cualquiera que juzgas: porque en lo que juzgas á otro, te condenas á ti mismo; porque lo mismo haces, tú que juzgas.
Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things.
Therefore you are without excuse, O man, whoever you are who judge. For in that which you judge another, you condemn yourself. For you who judge practice the same things.
Wir wissen aber, daß das Gericht Gottes dem wahren Sachverhalt entsprechend über die ergeht, welche solches verüben.
Mas sabemos que el juicio de Dios es según verdad contra los que hacen tales cosas.
But we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth against them which commit such things.
We know that the judgment of God is according to truth against those who practice such things.
Oder denkst du, o Mensch, der du die richtest, welche solches verüben, und doch das Gleiche tust, daß du dem Gerichte Gottes entrinnen werdest?
¿Y piensas esto, oh hombre, que juzgas á los que hacen tales cosas, y haces las mismas, que tú escaparás del juicio de Dios?
And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God?
Do you think this, O man who judges those who practice such things, and do the same, that you will escape the judgment of God?
Oder verachtest du den Reichtum seiner Güte, Geduld und Langmut, ohne zu erkennen, daß dich Gottes Güte zur Buße leitet?
¿O menosprecias las riquezas de su benignidad, y paciencia, y longanimidad, ignorando que su benignidad te guía á arrepentimiento?
Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?
Or do you despise the riches of his goodness, forbearance, and patience, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance?
Aber nach deinem verstockten und unbußfertigen Herzen häufst du dir selbst den Zorn auf den Tag des Zorns und der Offenbarung des gerechten Gerichtes Gottes,
Mas por tu dureza, y por tu corazón no arrepentido, atesoras para ti mismo ira para el día de la ira y de la manifestación del justo juicio de Dios;
But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;
But according to your hardness and unrepentant heart you are treasuring up for yourself wrath in the day of wrath, revelation, and of the righteous judgment of God,
welcher einem jeglichen vergelten wird nach seinen Werken;
El cual pagará á cada uno conforme á sus obras:
Who will render to every man according to his deeds:
who “will pay back to everyone according to their works:”
denen nämlich, die mit Ausdauer im Wirken des Guten Herrlichkeit, Ehre und Unsterblichkeit erstreben, ewiges Leben;
A los que perseverando en bien hacer, buscan gloria y honra é inmortalidad, la vida eterna.
To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:
to those who by perseverance in well-doing seek for glory, honor, and incorruptibility, eternal life;
den Streitsüchtigen aber, welche der Wahrheit ungehorsam sind, dagegen der Ungerechtigkeit gehorchen, Zorn und Grimm!
Mas á los que son contenciosos, y no obedecen á la verdad, antes obedecen á la injusticia, enojo é ira;
But unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath,
but to those who are self-seeking and don’t obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, will be wrath, indignation,
Trübsal und Angst über jede Menschenseele, die das Böse vollbringt, zuerst über den Juden, dann auch über den Griechen;
Tribulación y angustia sobre toda persona humana que obra lo malo, el Judío primeramente, y también el Griego:
Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;
oppression, and anguish on every soul of man who does evil, to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
Herrlichkeit aber und Ehre und Friede jedem, der das Gute wirkt, zuerst dem Juden, dann auch dem Griechen;
Mas gloria y honra y paz á cualquiera que obra el bien, al Judío primeramente, y también al Griego.
But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile:
But glory, honor, and peace go to every man who does good, to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
denn es gibt kein Ansehen der Person bei Gott:
Porque no hay acepción de personas para con Dios.
For there is no respect of persons with God.
For there is no partiality with God.
Welche ohne Gesetz gesündigt haben, die werden auch ohne Gesetz verloren gehen; und welche unter dem Gesetz gesündigt haben, die werden durch das Gesetz verurteilt werden.
Porque todos los que sin ley pecaron, sin ley también perecerán; y todos los que en la ley pecaron, por la ley serán juzgados:
For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law;
For as many as have sinned without the law will also perish without the law. As many as have sinned under the law will be judged by the law.
Denn vor Gott sind nicht die gerecht, welche das Gesetz hören; sondern die, welche das Gesetz befolgen, sollen gerechtfertigt werden.
Porque no los oidores de la ley son justos para con Dios, mas los hacedores de la ley serán justificados.
(For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.

da sie ja beweisen, daß des Gesetzes Werk in ihre Herzen geschrieben ist, was auch ihr Gewissen bezeugt, dazu ihre Überlegungen, welche sich untereinander verklagen oder entschuldigen.
Mostrando la obra de la ley escrita en sus corazones, dando testimonio juntamente sus conciencias, y acusándose y también excusándose sus pensamientos unos con otros;

Das wird an dem Tage offenbar werden, da Gott das Verborgene der Menschen richten wird, laut meinem Evangelium, durch Jesus Christus.

Wenn du dich aber einen Juden nennst und dich auf das Gesetz verlässest und dich Gottes rühmst,

Behold, thou art called a Jew, and restest in the law, and makest thy boast of God,
Indeed you bear the name of a Jew, rest on the law, glory in God,
wenn du seinen Willen weißt und verschiedenartige Dinge zu unterscheiden verstehst, weil du aus dem Gesetz unterrichtet bist;

An instructor of the foolish, a teacher of babes, which hast the form of knowledge and of the truth in the law.

Du sagst, man solle nicht ehebrechen, und brichst selbst die Ehe? Du verabscheust die Götzen und begehst dabei Tempelraub?
¿Tú, que dices que no se ha de adulterar, adulteras? ¿Tú, que abominas los ídolos, cometes sacrilegio?
Thou that sayest a man should not commit adultery, dost thou commit adultery? thou that abhorrest idols, dost thou commit sacrilege?
You who say a man shouldn’t commit adultery, do you commit adultery? You who abhor idols, do you rob temples?
Du rühmst dich des Gesetzes und verunehrst doch Gott durch Übertretung des Gesetzes?
¿Tú, que te jactas de la ley, con infracción de la ley deshonras á Dios?
Thou that makest thy boast of the law, through breaking the law dishonourest thou God?
You who glory in the law, do you dishonor God by disobeying the law?
wie geschrieben steht: «Der Name Gottes wird um euretwillen unter den Heiden gelästert.»
Porque el nombre de Dios es blasfemado por causa de vosotros entre los Gentiles, como está escrito.
For the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles through you, as it is written.
For “the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles because of you,” just as it is written.
Denn die Beschneidung hat nur Wert, wenn du das Gesetz hältst; bist du aber ein Übertreter des Gesetzes, so ist deine Beschneidung schon zur Unbeschnittenheit geworden.
Porque la circuncisión en verdad aprovecha, si guardares la ley; mas si eres rebelde á la ley, tu circuncisión es hecha incircuncisión.
For circumcision verily profiteth, if thou keep the law: but if thou be a breaker of the law, thy circumcision is made uncircumcision.
For circumcision indeed profits, if you are a doer of the law, but if you are a transgressor of the law, your circumcision has become uncircumcision.
Wenn nun der Unbeschnittene die Forderungen des Gesetzes beobachtet, wird ihm nicht seine Unbeschnittenheit als Beschneidung angerechnet werden?
De manera que, si el incircunciso guardare las justicias de la ley, ¿no será tenida su incircuncisión por circuncisión?
Therefore if the uncircumcision keep the righteousness of the law, shall not his uncircumcision be counted for circumcision?
If therefore the uncircumcised keep the ordinances of the law, won’t his uncircumcision be accounted as circumcision?
Und wird nicht der von Natur Unbeschnittene, der das Gesetz erfüllt, dich richten, der du trotz Buchstabe und Beschneidung ein Übertreter des Gesetzes bist?
Y lo que de su natural es incircunciso, guardando perfectamente la ley, te juzgará á ti, que con la letra y con la circuncisión eres rebelde á la ley.
And shall not uncircumcision which is by nature, if it fulfil the law, judge thee, who by the letter and circumcision dost transgress the law?
Won’t those who are physically uncircumcised, but fulfill the law, judge you, who with the letter and circumcision are a transgressor of the law?
Denn nicht der ist ein Jude, der es äußerlich ist; auch ist nicht das die Beschneidung, die äußerlich am Fleisch geschieht;
Porque no es Judío el que lo es en manifiesto; ni la circuncisión es la que es en manifiesto en la carne:
For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:
For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, neither is that circumcision which is outward in the flesh;
sondern der ist ein Jude, der es innerlich ist, und das ist eine Beschneidung, die am Herzen, im Geiste, nicht dem Buchstaben nach vollzogen wird. Eines solchen Lob kommt nicht von Menschen, sondern von Gott.
Mas es Judío el que lo es en lo interior; y la circuncisión es la del corazón, en espíritu, no en letra; la alabanza del cual no es de los hombres, sino de Dios.
But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.
