Und nicht schwach im Glauben, sah er nicht seinen eigenen, schon erstorbenen Leib an, da er fast 100 Jahre alt war, und das Absterben des Mutterleibes der Sara,

Y no se enflaqueció en la fe, ni consideró su cuerpo ya muerto (siendo ya de casi cien años), ni la matriz muerta de Sara;

And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sara’s womb:

Without being weakened in faith, he didn’t consider his own body, already having been worn out, (he being about a hundred years old), and the deadness of Sarah’s womb.
