Ich sehe aber ein ander Gesetz in meinen Gliedern, das da widerstreitet dem Gesetz in meinem Gemüte und nimmt mich gefangen in der Sünde Gesetz, welches ist in meinen Gliedern.

Porque lo que hago, no lo entiendo; ni lo que quiero, hago; antes lo que aborrezco, aquello hago.

For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I.

For I don’t understand what I am doing. For I don’t practice what I desire to do; but what I hate, that I do.
