Porque a criação foi sujeita à futilidade, não por sua própria vontade, mas pela vontade daquele que a sujeitou, na esperança

Porque las criaturas sujetas fueron á vanidad, no de grado, mas por causa del que las sujetó con esperanza,

For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope,
