Portanto, não depende daquele que quer, nem daquele que se esforça, mas sim, de Deus, que se compadece.

Así que no es del que quiere, ni del que corre, sino de Dios que tiene misericordia.

So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.
