En apportant les épis, apportez-en pour elle, et en les jetant à terre, jetez pour elle une part de ce que vous recueillez ; elle glanera, elle mangera, et vous ne lui ferez aucun reproche.

Antes echaréis á sabiendas de los manojos, y la dejaréis que coja, y no la reprendáis.

And let fall also some of the handfuls of purpose for her, and leave them, that she may glean them, and rebuke her not.

Also pull out some for her from the bundles, and leave it. Let her glean, and don’t rebuke her.”
