Rut 3

―¿Quién eres? —le preguntó. ―Soy yo, señor; Rut —explicó ella—. Hazme tu esposa conforme a la ley de Dios, porque tú eres mi pariente más cercano.

Entonces él dijo: ¿Quién eres? Y ella respondió: Yo soy Ruth tu sierva: extiende el borde de tu capa sobre tu sierva, por cuanto eres pariente cercano.

And he said, Who art thou? And she answered, I am Ruth thine handmaid: spread therefore thy skirt over thine handmaid; for thou art a near kinsman.

He said, “Who are you?” She answered, “I am Ruth your servant. Therefore spread the corner of your garment over your servant; for you are a near kinsman.”
