Er kusse mich mit dem Kuli seines Mundes; denn deine Liebe ist lieblicher denn Wein;
¡Oh si él me besara con ósculos de su boca! porque mejores son tus amores que el vino.
Let him kiss me with the kisses of his mouth: for thy love is better than wine.

daß man deine gute Salbe rieche. Dein Name ist eine ausgeschuttete Salbe, darum lieben dich die Magde.
Por el olor de tus suaves ungüentos, (ungüento derramado es tu nombre,) por eso las doncellas te amaron.
Because of the savour of thy good ointments thy name is as ointment poured forth, therefore do the virgins love thee.
Your oils have a pleasing fragrance. Your name is oil poured out, therefore the virgins love you.
Zeuch mich dir nach, so laufen wir. Der Konig führet mich in seine Kammer. Wir freuen uns und sind frohlich uber dir; wir gedenken an deine Liebe mehr denn an den Wein. Die Frommen lieben dich.
Llévame en pos de ti, correremos. Metióme el rey en sus cámaras: nos gozaremos y alegraremos en ti; acordarémonos de tus amores más que del vino: los rectos te aman.
Draw me, we will run after thee: the king hath brought me into his chambers: we will be glad and rejoice in thee, we will remember thy love more than wine: the upright love thee.

Ich bin schwarz, aber gar lieblich, ihr Tochter Jerusalems, wie die Hütten Kedars, wie die Teppiche Salomos.
Morena soy, oh hijas de Jerusalem, mas codiciable; como las cabañas de Cedar, como las tiendas de Salomón.
I am black, but comely, O ye daughters of Jerusalem, as the tents of Kedar, as the curtains of Solomon.
I am dark, but lovely, you daughters of Jerusalem, like Kedar’s tents, like Solomon’s curtains.
Sehet mich nicht an, daß ich so schwarz bin; denn die Sonne hat mich so verbrannt. Meiner Mutter Kinder zurnen mit mir. Man hat mich zur Huterin der Weinberge gesetzt; aber meinen Weinberg, den ich hatte, habe ich nicht behutet.
No miréis en que soy morena, porque el sol me miró. Los hijos de mi madre se airaron contra mí, hiciéronme guarda de viñas; y mi viña, que era mía, no guardé.
Look not upon me, because I am black, because the sun hath looked upon me: my mother’s children were angry with me; they made me the keeper of the vineyards; but mine own vineyard have I not kept.

Sage mir an, du, den meine Seele liebet, wo du weidest, wo du ruhest im Mittage, daß ich nicht hin und her gehen musse bei den Herden deiner Gesellen.
Hazme saber, ó tú á quien ama mi alma, dónde repastas, dónde haces tener majada al medio día: porque, ¿por qué había yo de estar como vagueando tras los rebaños de tus compañeros?
Tell me, O thou whom my soul loveth, where thou feedest, where thou makest thy flock to rest at noon: for why should I be as one that turneth aside by the flocks of thy companions?
Tell me, you whom my soul loves, where you graze your flock, where you rest them at noon; for why should I be as one who is veiled beside the flocks of your companions?
Kennest du dich nicht, du Schonste unter den Weibern, so gehe hinaus auf die Fulitapfen der Schafe und weide deine Bocke bei den Hirtenhausern.
Si tú no lo sabes, oh hermosa entre las mujeres, sal, yéndote por las huellas del rebaño, y apacienta tus cabritas junto á las cabañas de los pastores.
If thou know not, O thou fairest among women, go thy way forth by the footsteps of the flock, and feed thy kids beside the shepherds’ tents.
If you don’t know, most beautiful among women, follow the tracks of the sheep. Graze your young goats beside the shepherds’ tents.

Wirwollen dir guldene Spangen machen mit silbernen Pocklein.
Zarcillos de oro te haremos, con clavos de plata.
We will make thee borders of gold with studs of silver.

Da der Konig sich herwandte, gab meine Narde seinen Geruch.
Mientras que el rey estaba en su reclinatorio, mi nardo dió su olor.
While the king sitteth at his table, my spikenard sendeth forth the smell thereof.

Mein Freund ist mir ein Buschel Myrrhen, das zwischen meinen Brusten hanget.
