Da streckte mein Geliebter die Hand durch das Guckloch (der Tür), da wallte das Herz mir auf vor Sehnsucht nach ihm, und die Sinne vergingen mir ob seiner Rede;

Mi amado metió su mano por el agujero, y mis entrañas se conmovieron dentro de mí.

My beloved put in his hand by the hole of the door, and my bowels were moved for him.

My beloved thrust his hand in through the latch opening. My heart pounded for him.
