"Vós que viveis nos jardins, meus companheiros estão ouvindo sua voz; deixe-me ser o único que ouve também". A jovem mulher falando para seu amante:

Oh tú la que moras en los huertos, los compañeros escuchan tu voz: házmela oir.

Thou that dwellest in the gardens, the companions hearken to thy voice: cause me to hear it.
