sapendo che un tal uomo è pervertito e pecca, condannandosi da sé.

Estando cierto que el tal es trastornado, y peca, siendo condenado de su propio juicio.

Knowing that he that is such is subverted, and sinneth, being condemned of himself.

knowing that such a one is perverted and sinful, being self-condemned.
