ALCÉ después mis ojos, y miré y he aquí un varón que tenía en su mano un cordel de medir.
I lifted up mine eyes again, and looked, and behold a man with a measuring line in his hand.

“Aonde você vai?”, perguntei. “Vou medir Jerusalém para saber seu comprimento e a sua largura”, ele disse.
Y díjele: ¿A dónde vas? Y él me respondió: A medir á Jerusalem, para ver cuánta es su anchura, y cuánta su longitud.
Then said I, Whither goest thou? And he said unto me, To measure Jerusalem, to see what is the breadth thereof, and what is the length thereof.
Then I asked, “Where are you going?” He said to me, “To measure Jerusalem, to see what is its width and what is its length.”
Então o anjo que estava ao meu lado foi se encontrar com outro anjo que vinha em sua direção
Y he aquí, salía aquel ángel que hablaba conmigo, y otro ángel le salió al encuentro,
And, behold, the angel that talked with me went forth, and another angel went out to meet him,

e lhe disse: “Corra e diga àquele jovem que um dia Jerusalém ficará tão cheia de gente que quase não haverá espaço para todos! Muitas pessoas morarão fora dos muros da cidade, junto com seus rebanhos e, apesar disso, estarão em perfeita segurança.
Y díjole: Corre, habla á este mozo, diciendo: Sin muros será habitada Jerusalem á causa de la multitud de los hombres, y de las bestias en medio de ella.
And said unto him, Run, speak to this young man, saying, Jerusalem shall be inhabited as towns without walls for the multitude of men and cattle therein:
and said to him, “Run, speak to this young man, saying, ‘Jerusalem will be inhabited as villages without walls, because of the multitude of men and livestock in it.
Isso porque o Senhor mesmo será uma muralha de fogo, protegendo Jerusalém e seus habitantes. Ele será a glória da cidade”.
Yo seré para ella, dice Jehová, muro de fuego en derredor, y seré por gloria en medio de ella.
For I, saith the LORD, will be unto her a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her.
For I,’ says the LORD, ‘will be to her a wall of fire around it, and I will be the glory in the middle of her.
“Atenção! Atenção! Fujam da terra do norte”, diz o Senhor a todos os seus que foram levados para longe de sua terra. “Eu espalhei vocês aos quatro ventos”.
Eh, eh, huid de la tierra del aquilón, dice Jehová, pues por los cuatro vientos de los cielos os esparcí, dice Jehová.
Ho, ho, come forth, and flee from the land of the north, saith the LORD: for I have spread you abroad as the four winds of the heaven, saith the LORD.
Come! Come! Flee from the land of the north,’ says the LORD; ‘for I have spread you abroad as the four winds of the sky,’ says the LORD.
“Atenção, ó Sião! Fujam! Fujam agora mesmo, vocês que moram na cidade da Babilônia!”, diz o Senhor dos Exércitos.
Oh Sión, la que moras con la hija de Babilonia, escápate.
Deliver thyself, O Zion, that dwellest with the daughter of Babylon.
‘Come, Zion! Escape, you who dwell with the daughter of Babylon.’
O Senhor da glória me enviou para lutar contra as nações que os oprimiram, porque quem faz mal a vocês toca na menina dos olhos do Senhor!
Porque así ha dicho Jehová de los ejércitos: Después de la gloria me enviará él á las gentes que os despojaron: porque el que os toca, toca á la niña de su ojo.
For thus saith the LORD of hosts; After the glory hath he sent me unto the nations which spoiled you: for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye.
For the LORD of Armies says: ‘For honor he has sent me to the nations which plundered you; for he who touches you touches the apple of his eye.
Eu esmagarei essas nações com minhas próprias mãos, e os que são escravos serão os seus senhores! Quando isso acontecer, vocês saberão que foi o Senhor dos Exércitos que me enviou.
Porque he aquí yo alzo mi mano sobre ellos, y serán despojo á sus siervos, y sabréis que Jehová de los ejércitos me envió.
For, behold, I will shake mine hand upon them, and they shall be a spoil to their servants: and ye shall know that the LORD of hosts hath sent me.
For, behold, I will shake my hand over them, and they will be a plunder to those who served them; and you will know that the LORD of Armies has sent me.
“Cante de alegria, ó cidade de Sião! Porque venho morar com vocês”, diz o Senhor.
Canta y alégrate, hija de Sión: porque he aquí vengo, y moraré en medio de tí, ha dicho Jehová.
Sing and rejoice, O daughter of Zion: for, lo, I come, and I will dwell in the midst of thee, saith the LORD.
Sing and rejoice, daughter of Zion! For behold, I come and I will dwell within you,’ says the LORD.
E, quando isso acontecer, muitas nações se converterão ao Senhor e passarão a ser, também, meu povo. Eu morarei junto com elas, e então vocês saberão que foi o Senhor dos Exércitos quem me enviou a vocês.
Y uniránse muchas gentes á Jehová en aquel día, y me serán por pueblo, y moraré en medio de ti; y entonces conocerás que Jehová de los ejércitos me ha enviado á ti.
And many nations shall be joined to the LORD in that day, and shall be my people: and I will dwell in the midst of thee, and thou shalt know that the LORD of hosts hath sent me unto thee.
Many nations shall join themselves to the LORD in that day, and shall be my people; and I will dwell among you, and you shall know that the LORD of Armies has sent me to you.
Judá será a herança do Senhor na terra santa, porque mais uma vez o Senhor escolherá Jerusalém e a abençoará.
Y Jehová poseerá á Judá su heredad en la tierra santa, y escogerá aún á Jerusalem.
And the LORD shall inherit Judah his portion in the holy land, and shall choose Jerusalem again.
The LORD will inherit Judah as his portion in the holy land, and will again choose Jerusalem.
Calem-se, cheios de respeito, diante do Senhor, todos os homens, porque ele se levantou do seu santo lar.
Calle toda carne delante de Jehová; porque él se ha despertado de su santa morada.
Be silent, O all flesh, before the LORD: for he is raised up out of his holy habitation.
Be silent, all flesh, before the LORD; for he has roused himself from his holy habitation!”
