Duro anuncio del Señor contra la tierra de Hadrac y contra la ciudad de Damasco, en la cual aquélla confía; porque el ojo o providencia del Señor mira a todos los hombres y a todas las tribus de Israel.
CARGA de la palabra de Jehová contra tierra de Hadrach, y de Damasco su reposo: porque á Jehová están vueltos los ojos de los hombres, y de todas las tribus de Israel.
The burden of the word of the LORD in the land of Hadrach, and Damascus shall be the rest thereof: when the eyes of man, as of all the tribes of Israel, shall be toward the LORD.
A revelation. The LORD’s word is against the land of Hadrach, and will rest upon Damascus— for the eye of man and of all the tribes of Israel is toward the LORD—
También la ciudad de Emat está comprendida dentro de los términos de este duro anuncio, e igualmente Tiro y Sidón, porque presumen mucho de su saber.
Y también Hamath tendrá término en ella; Tiro y Sidón, aunque muy sabia sea.
And Hamath also shall border thereby; Tyrus, and Zidon, though it be very wise.

Tiro ha construido sus baluartes, y ha amontonado plata como si fuese tierra, y oro como si fuese lodo de las calles.

And Tyrus did build herself a strong hold, and heaped up silver as the dust, and fine gold as the mire of the streets.

He aquí que el Señor se hará dueño de ella y sumergirá en el mar su fortaleza, y será pábulo del fuego.

Behold, the Lord will cast her out, and he will smite her power in the sea; and she shall be devoured with fire.

Ascalón al ver esto quedará espantada; y será grande el dolor de Gaza, y también el de Accarón, porque queda burlada su esperanza, y Gaza perderá su rey, y Ascalón quedará despoblada.
Ascalón verá, y temerá; Gaza también, y se dolerá en gran manera: asimismo Ecrón, porque su esperanza será confundida; y de Gaza perecerá el rey, y Ascalón no será habitada.
Ashkelon shall see it, and fear; Gaza also shall see it, and be very sorrowful, and Ekron; for her expectation shall be ashamed; and the king shall perish from Gaza, and Ashkelon shall not be inhabited.
Ashkelon will see it, and fear; Gaza also, and will writhe in agony; as will Ekron, for her expectation will be disappointed; and the king will perish from Gaza, and Ashkelon will not be inhabited.
Y Azoto será la residencia del extranjero o conquistador, y yo abatiré la soberbia de los filisteos.
Y habitará en Asdod un extranjero, y yo talaré la soberbia de los Palestinos;
And a bastard shall dwell in Ashdod, and I will cut off the pride of the Philistines.

Y quitaré de su boca la sangre, y de entre sus dientes las abominaciones idolátricas; y quedarán también ellos sujetos a nuestro Dios, y serán como los vecinos de una ciudad principal en Judá, y el habitante de Accarón será como el jebuseo.
Y quitaré sus sangres de su boca, y sus abominaciones de sus dientes, y quedarán ellos también para nuestro Dios, y serán como capitanes en Judá, y Ecrón como el Jebuseo.
And I will take away his blood out of his mouth, and his abominations from between his teeth: but he that remaineth, even he, shall be for our God, and he shall be as a governor in Judah, and Ekron as a Jebusite.

Y para la defensa de mi casa pondré aquellos que van y vienen militando en mi servicio, y no comparecerá más entre ellos el opresor; porque yo ahora los miro con benignos ojos.
Y seré real de ejército á mi casa, á causa del que va y del que viene: y no pasará más sobre ellos angustiador; porque ahora miré con mis ojos.
And I will encamp about mine house because of the army, because of him that passeth by, and because of him that returneth: and no oppressor shall pass through them any more: for now have I seen with mine eyes.
I will encamp around my house against the army, that no one pass through or return; and no oppressor will pass through them any more: for now I have seen with my eyes.
¡Oh hija de Sión!, regocíjate en gran manera; salta de júbilo, ¡oh hija de Jerusalén !; he aquí que a ti vendrá tu rey, el Justo, el Salvador , él vendrá pobre, y montado en un asna y su burrito.
Alégrate mucho, hija de Sión; da voces de júbilo, hija de Jerusalem: he aquí, tu rey vendrá á ti, justo y salvador, humilde, y cabalgando sobre un asno, así sobre un pollino hijo de asna.
Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem: behold, thy King cometh unto thee: he is just, and having salvation; lowly, and riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass.
Rejoice greatly, daughter of Zion! Shout, daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your King comes to you! He is righteous, and having salvation; lowly, and riding on a donkey, even on a colt, the foal of a donkey.
Entonces destruiré los carros de guerra de Efraín y los caballos de Jerusalén , y serán hechos pedazos los arcos guerreros; y aquel rey anunciará la paz a las gentes, y dominará desde un mar a otro, y desde los ríos hasta los confines de la tierra.
Y de Ephraim destruiré los carros, y los caballos de Jerusalem; y los arcos de guerra serán quebrados: y hablará paz á las gentes; y su señorío será de mar á mar, y desde el río hasta los fines de la tierra.
And I will cut off the chariot from Ephraim, and the horse from Jerusalem, and the battle bow shall be cut off: and he shall speak peace unto the heathen: and his dominion shall be from sea even to sea, and from the river even to the ends of the earth.
I will cut off the chariot from Ephraim and the horse from Jerusalem. The battle bow will be cut off; and he will speak peace to the nations. His dominion will be from sea to sea, and from the River to the ends of the earth.
Y tú mismo, oh Salvador , mediante la sangre de tu testamento has hecho salir a los tuyos, que se hallaban cautivos, del lago o fosa en que no hay agua.
Y tú también por la sangre de tu pacto serás salva; yo he sacado tus presos del aljibe en que no hay agua.
As for thee also, by the blood of thy covenant I have sent forth thy prisoners out of the pit wherein is no water.
As for you also, because of the blood of your covenant, I have set free your prisoners from the pit in which is no water.
Dirigid vuestros pasos hacia la ciudad fuerte, oh vosotros cautivos que tenéis esperanza, pues te anuncio, oh pueblo mío, que te daré doblados bienes.
Tornaos á la fortaleza, oh presos de esperanza: hoy también os anuncio que os daré doblado.
Turn you to the strong hold, ye prisoners of hope: even to day do I declare that I will render double unto thee;
Turn to the stronghold, you prisoners of hope! Even today I declare that I will restore double to you.
Porque yo he hecho de Judá como un arco tendido para mi servicio, y como un arco tendido es también para mí Efraín; y a tus hijos, ¡oh Sión!, les daré yo valor sobre los hijos tuyos, ¡oh Grecia!, y te haré irresistible como la espada de los valientes.
Porque entesado he para mí á Judá como arco, henchí á Ephraim; y despertaré tus hijos, oh Sión, contra tus hijos, oh Grecia, y te pondré como espada de valiente.
When I have bent Judah for me, filled the bow with Ephraim, and raised up thy sons, O Zion, against thy sons, O Greece, and made thee as the sword of a mighty man.
For indeed I bend Judah as a bow for me. I have loaded the bow with Ephraim. I will stir up your sons, Zion, against your sons, Greece, and will make you like the sword of a mighty man.
Y aparecerá sobre ellos el Señor Dios; el cual lanzará sus dardos como rayos; y tocará el Señor Dios la trompeta y marchará entre torbellinos del mediodía.
Y Jehová será visto sobre ellos, y su dardo saldrá como relámpago: y el Señor Jehová tocará trompeta, é irá como torbellinos del austro.
And the LORD shall be seen over them, and his arrow shall go forth as the lightning: and the Lord GOD shall blow the trumpet, and shall go with whirlwinds of the south.
The LORD will be seen over them. His arrow will flash like lightning. The Lord GOD will blow the trumpet, and will go with whirlwinds of the south.
El Señor de los ejércitos será su protector; y consumirán y abatirán a sus enemigos con las piedras de sus hondas, y bebiendo su sangre se embriagarán como de vino, y se llenarán de ella como se llenan las jarras, y como se bañan los ángulos del altar.
Jehová de los ejércitos los amparará, y ellos devorarán, y sujetarán á las piedras de la honda, y beberán, y harán estrépito como tomados del vino; y se llenarán como cuenco, ó como los lados del altar.
The LORD of hosts shall defend them; and they shall devour, and subdue with sling stones; and they shall drink, and make a noise as through wine; and they shall be filled like bowls, and as the corners of the altar.
The LORD of Armies will defend them. They will destroy and overcome with sling stones. They will drink, and roar as through wine. They will be filled like bowls, like the corners of the altar.
Y el Señor Dios suyo los salvará en aquel día como grey selecta de su pueblo; porque a manera de piedras santas serán erigidos en la tierra de él.
Y los salvará en aquel día Jehová su Dios como á rebaño de su pueblo: porque serán engrandecidos en su tierra como piedras de corona.
And the LORD their God shall save them in that day as the flock of his people: for they shall be as the stones of a crown, lifted up as an ensign upon his land.
The LORD their God will save them in that day as the flock of his people; for they are like the jewels of a crown, lifted on high over his land.
Mas ¿cuál será el bien venido de él, y lo hermoso que de él nos vendrá, sino el trigo de los escogidos, y el vino que engendra vírgenes?
Porque ¡cuánta es su bondad, y cuánta su hermosura! El trigo alegrará á los mancebos, y el vino á las doncellas.
For how great is his goodness, and how great is his beauty! corn shall make the young men cheerful, and new wine the maids.
For how great is his goodness, and how great is his beauty! Grain will make the young men flourish, and new wine the virgins.
