Sofonías 1

Dies ist das Wort des HERRN, welches geschah zu Zephanja, dem Sohn Chusis, des Sohns Gedaljas, des Sohns Amarjas, des Sohns Hiskias, zur Zeit Josias, des Sohns Amons, des Konigs Judas:

PALABRA de Jehová que fué á Sofonías hijo de Cushi, hijo de Gedalías, hijo de Amarías, hijo de Ezechîas, en días de Josías hijo de Amón, rey de Judá.

The word of the LORD which came unto Zephaniah the son of Cushi, the son of Gedaliah, the son of Amariah, the son of Hizkiah, in the days of Josiah the son of Amon, king of Judah.

The LORD’s word which came to Zephaniah, the son of Cushi, the son of Gedaliah, the son of Amariah, the son of Hezekiah, in the days of Josiah, the son of Amon, king of Judah.

Ich will alles aus dem Lande wegnehmen, spricht der HERR.

Destruiré del todo todas las cosas de sobre la haz de la tierra, dice Jehová.

I will utterly consume all things from off the land, saith the LORD.

I will utterly sweep away everything from the surface of the earth, says the LORD.

Ich will beide, Menschen und Vieh, beide, Vogel des Himmels und Fische im Meer, wegnehmen samt den Argernissen und den Gottlosen; ja, ich will die Menschen ausreuten aus dem Lande, spricht der HERR.

Destruiré los hombres y las bestias; destruiré las aves del cielo, y los peces de la mar, y las piedras de tropiezo con los impíos; y talaré los hombres de sobre la haz de la tierra, dice Jehová.

I will consume man and beast; I will consume the fowls of the heaven, and the fishes of the sea, and the stumblingblocks with the wicked; and I will cut off man from off the land, saith the LORD.

I will sweep away man and animal. I will sweep away the birds of the sky, the fish of the sea, and the heaps of rubble with the wicked. I will cut off man from the surface of the earth, says the LORD.

Ich will meine Hand ausstrecken uber Juda und uber alle, die zu Jerusalem wohnen; also will ich das übrige von Baal ausreuten, dazu den Namen der Kamarim und Priester aus diesem Ort

Y extenderé mi mano sobre Judá, y sobre todos los moradores de Jerusalem, y exterminaré de este lugar el remanente de Baal, y el nombre de los Chemarim con los sacerdotes;

I will also stretch out mine hand upon Judah, and upon all the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and I will cut off the remnant of Baal from this place, and the name of the Chemarims with the priests;

I will stretch out my hand against Judah and against all the inhabitants of Jerusalem. I will cut off the remnant of Baal from this place—the name of the idolatrous and pagan priests,

und die, so auf den Dachern des Himmels Heer anbeten, die es anbeten und schworen doch bei dem HERRN und zugleich bei Malchom,

Y á los que se inclinan sobre los terrados al ejército del cielo; y á los que se inclinan jurando por Jehová y jurando por su rey;

And them that worship the host of heaven upon the housetops; and them that worship and that swear by the LORD, and that swear by Malcham;

those who worship the army of the sky on the housetops, those who worship and swear by the LORD and also swear by Malcam,

und die vom HERRN abfallen und die nach dem HERRN nichts fragen und ihn nicht achten.

Y á los que tornan atrás de en pos de Jehová; y á los que no buscaron á Jehová, ni preguntaron por él.

And them that are turned back from the LORD; and those that have not sought the LORD, nor enquired for him.

those who have turned back from following the LORD, and those who haven’t sought the LORD nor inquired after him.

Seid stille vor dem Herrn HERRN; denn des HERRN Tag ist nahe! Denn der HERR hat ein Schlachtopfer zubereitet und seine Gaste dazu geladen.

Calla en la presencia del Señor Jehová, porque el día de Jehová está cercano; porque Jehová ha aparejado sacrificio, prevenido ha sus convidados.

Hold thy peace at the presence of the Lord GOD: for the day of the LORD is at hand: for the LORD hath prepared a sacrifice, he hath bid his guests.

Be silent at the presence of the Lord GOD, for the day of the LORD is at hand. For the LORD has prepared a sacrifice. He has consecrated his guests.

Und am Tage des Schlachtopfers des HERRN will ich heimsuchen die Fürsten und des Konigs Kinder und alle, die ein fremd Kleid tragen.

Y será que en el día del sacrificio de Jehová, haré visitación sobre los príncipes, y sobre los hijos del rey, y sobre todos los que visten vestido extranjero.

And it shall come to pass in the day of the LORD’s sacrifice, that I will punish the princes, and the king’s children, and all such as are clothed with strange apparel.

It will happen in the day of the LORD’s sacrifice that I will punish the princes, the king’s sons, and all those who are clothed with foreign clothing.

Auch will ich zur selbigen Zeit die heimsuchen, so uber die Schwelle springen, die ihrer Herren Haus fullen mit Rauben und Trugen.

Asimismo haré visitación en aquel día sobre todos los que saltan la puerta, los que hinchen de robo y de engaño las casas de sus señores.

In the same day also will I punish all those that leap on the threshold, which fill their masters’ houses with violence and deceit.

In that day, I will punish all those who leap over the threshold, who fill their master’s house with violence and deceit.

Zur selbigen Zeit, spricht der HERR, wird sich ein laut Geschrei erheben von dem Fischtor an und ein Geheul von dem andern Tor und ein grower Jammer auf den Hügeln.

Y habrá en aquel día, dice Jehová, voz de clamor desde la puerta del pescado, y aullido desde la segunda, y grande quebrantamiento desde los collados.

And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD, that there shall be the noise of a cry from the fish gate, and an howling from the second, and a great crashing from the hills.

In that day, says the LORD, there will be the noise of a cry from the fish gate, a wailing from the second quarter, and a great crashing from the hills.

Heulet, die ihr in der Muhle wohnet! Denn das ganze Kramervolk ist dahin, und alle, die Geld sammeln, sind ausgerottet.

Aullad, moradores de Mactes, porque todo el pueblo mercader es destruído; talados son todos los que traían dinero.

Howl, ye inhabitants of Maktesh, for all the merchant people are cut down; all they that bear silver are cut off.

Wail, you inhabitants of Maktesh, for all the people of Canaan are undone! All those who were loaded with silver are cut off.

Zur selbigen Zeit will ich Jerusalem mit Laternen durchsuchen und will heimsuchen die Leute, die auf ihren Hefen liegen und sprechen in ihrem Herzen: Der HERR wird weder Gutes noch Boses tun.

Y será en aquel tiempo, que yo escudriñaré á Jerusalem con candiles, y haré visitación sobre los hombres que están sentados sobre sus heces, los cuales dicen en su corazón: Jehová ni hará bien ni mal.

And it shall come to pass at that time, that I will search Jerusalem with candles, and punish the men that are settled on their lees: that say in their heart, The LORD will not do good, neither will he do evil.

It will happen at that time, that I will search Jerusalem with lamps, and I will punish the men who are settled on their dregs, who say in their heart, “The LORD will not do good, neither will he do evil.”

Und sollen ihre Guterzum Raube werden und ihre Hauser zur Wuste. Sie werden Hauser bauen und nicht drinnen wohnen; sie werden Weinberge pflanzen und keinen Wein davon trinken.

Será por tanto saqueada su hacienda, y sus casas asoladas: y edificarán casas, mas no las habitarán; y plantarán viñas, mas no beberán el vino de ellas.

Therefore their goods shall become a booty, and their houses a desolation: they shall also build houses, but not inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, but not drink the wine thereof.

Their wealth will become a plunder, and their houses a desolation. Yes, they will build houses, but won’t inhabit them. They will plant vineyards, but won’t drink their wine.

Denn des HERRN grower Tag ist nahe; erist nahe und eilet sehr. Wenn das Geschrei vom Tage des HERRN kommen wird, so werden die Starken alsdann bitterlich schreien.

Cercano está el día grande de Jehová, cercano y muy presuroso; voz amarga del día de Jehová; gritará allí el valiente.

The great day of the LORD is near, it is near, and hasteth greatly, even the voice of the day of the LORD: the mighty man shall cry there bitterly.

The great day of the LORD is near. It is near and hurries greatly, the voice of the day of the LORD. The mighty man cries there bitterly.

Denn dieser Tag ist ein Tag des Grimmes, ein Tag der Trubsal und Angst, ein Tag des Wetters und Ungestüms, ein Tag der Finsternis und Dunkels, ein Tag der Wolken und Nebel,

Día de ira aquel día, día de angustia y de aprieto, día de alboroto y de asolamiento, día de tiniebla y de oscuridad, día de nublado y de entenebrecimiento,

That day is a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress, a day of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness,

ein Tag der Posaunen und Trommeten wider die festen Stadte und hohen Schlosser.

Día de trompeta y de algazara, sobre las ciudades fuertes, y sobre las altas torres.

A day of the trumpet and alarm against the fenced cities, and against the high towers.

Ich will den Leuten bange machen, daß sie umhergehen sollen wie die Blinden, darum daß sie wider den HERRN gesündiget haben. Ihr Blut soli vergossen werden, als ware es Staub, und ihr Leib, als ware es Kot.

Y atribularé los hombres, y andarán como ciegos, porque pecaron contra Jehová: y la sangre de ellos será derramada como polvo, y su carne como estiércol.

And I will bring distress upon men, that they shall walk like blind men, because they have sinned against the LORD: and their blood shall be poured out as dust, and their flesh as the dung.

I will bring such distress on men that they will walk like blind men because they have sinned against the LORD. Their blood will be poured out like dust and their flesh like dung.

Es wird sie ihr Silber und Gold nicht erretten mogen am Tage des Zorns des HERRN, sondern das ganze Land soil durch das Feuer seines Eifers verzehret werden; denn er wird's plotzlich ein Ende machen mit alien, die im Lande wohnen.

Ni su plata ni su oro podrá librarlos en el día de la ira de Jehová; pues toda la tierra será consumida con el fuego de su celo: porque ciertamente consumación apresurada hará con todos los moradores de la tierra.

Neither their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them in the day of the LORD’s wrath; but the whole land shall be devoured by the fire of his jealousy: for he shall make even a speedy riddance of all them that dwell in the land.

Neither their silver nor their gold will be able to deliver them in the day of the LORD’s wrath, but the whole land will be devoured by the fire of his jealousy; for he will make an end, yes, a terrible end, of all those who dwell in the land.
