Salmo de David, cuando huía de delante de Absalom su hijo. ¡OH Jehová, cuánto se han multiplicado mis enemigos! muchos se levantan contra mí.

LORD, how are they increased that trouble me! many are they that rise up against me.

LORD, how my adversaries have increased! Many are those who rise up against me.

JHWH! Wie zahlreich (wie sehr vermehrt) †sind meine Feinde! †Wie zahlreich (wie sehr vermehrt) †sind meine Gegner (die, die sich gegen mich erheben)!

Muchos dicen de mi vida: No hay para él salud en Dios. (Selah.)

Many there be which say of my soul, There is no help for him in God. Selah.

Many there are who say of my soul, “There is no help for him in God.” Selah.

†Wie zahlreich (wie sehr vermehrt) †sind, die über meine Seele (über mich) sagen: „Nicht †ist (Es gibt keine) Rettung (Hilfe, Sieg) für ihn durch (trotz) Gott!“ {Sela}

Mas tú, Jehová, eres escudo alrededor de mí: mi gloria, y el que ensalza mi cabeza.

But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.

But you, LORD, are a shield around me, my glory, and the one who lifts up my head.

Doch du, oh JHWH, †bist ein Schild um mich (bist Schutz für mich, schützt mich), †du bist mein Mächtiger (mein Herrlicher, mein Ansehen, meine Herrlichkeit) und der, der meinen Kopf (mich) erhebt (erhöht).

Con mi voz clamé á Jehová, y él me respondió desde el monte de su santidad. (Selah.)

I cried unto the LORD with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill. Selah.

I cry to the LORD with my voice, and he answers me out of his holy hill. Selah.

†Sooft (Wann immer) ich †mit meiner Stimme JHWH anrufe (anrief), antwortet (antwortete, erhörte) er mir von seinem heiligen Berg (vom Berg seiner Heiligkeit). {Selah}

Yo me acosté, y dormí, y desperté; porque Jehová me sostuvo.

I laid me down and slept; I awaked; for the LORD sustained me.

I laid myself down and slept. I awakened, for the LORD sustains me.

†Wenn ich mich hinlege und schlafe (†wenn ich einschlafe), erwache ich, denn JHWH hilft mir (unterstützt mich, stützt mich)!

No temeré de diez millares de pueblos, que pusieren cerco contra mí.

I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people, that have set themselves against me round about.

I will not be afraid of tens of thousands of people who have set themselves against me on every side.

Ich fürchte mich nicht vor †den Myriaden von Kriegern, die sich ringsum niedergelassen haben wider mich.

Levántate, Jehová; sálvame, Dios mío: porque tú heriste á todos mis enemigos en la quijada; los dientes de los malos quebrantaste.

Arise, O LORD; save me, O my God: for thou hast smitten all mine enemies upon the cheek bone; thou hast broken the teeth of the ungodly.

Arise, LORD! Save me, my God! For you have struck all of my enemies on the cheek bone. You have broken the teeth of the wicked.

Erhebe dich, JHWH; rette mich, mein Gott!{Ja!,} Zerschlage (Schlage auf) all meinen Feinden den Kiefer (Backe); die Zähne der Frevler zerschmettre! Bei JHWH †ist (sei) die Rettung (Hilfe, Sieg); auf deinem Volk †ist (sei) dein Segen. {Selah}

De Jehová es la salud: sobre tu pueblo será tu bendición. (Selah.)

Salvation belongeth unto the LORD: thy blessing is upon thy people. Selah.

Salvation belongs to the LORD. May your blessing be on your people. Selah.
